Well they were welcoming but the delivery was not good and the sale man did not keep his promises no teaching on the machines but they have good variety but not maximum

If I can give minuse I will.We want to renew our warranty at first I paid 10.% of the original payment and now because they want to manipulate again they are asking for 20%Dont trust them and thire appliances can get damage from second day

Unfortunately absolutely not good customer service / repair service. My machine is still under repair going on 30 days. Defects are somehow different, with only the consumer having to keep paying the bill. Soon the total repair cost will equate to a new machine itself - wish Siemans themselves were here in UAE.

Same as other customers. Terrible after sales service. Brand new equipment breaking down while under warranty. Have to keep chasing them up to come out and repair it or replace it.

Good selection. Prices are same as anywhere else.

Called them to repair a smeg stove, was told callout charge would be dh200, and follow up would be free. Repairman came, said we needed a replacement fan, took the 200, said would come back with it and weve never heard from him or the company again. They wont pick up their phones or answer emails. Complete scam
