This was just spot on. Among numerous fake google map places in Dubai which call themselves official Bosch service or Siemens service this turns to be a real place in Deira, where you can get your stuff repaired or find a component for AC/fridge. Got the necessary component for affordable price.

These guys are very professional. Very good service. Good work and reasonable charges only . They even send the invoice via email which is very rare in the case of repairs. Really recommend them. The Technician came my house he was very professional. Will contact them again in future as well

I got a great service for a great price. When i called this company i did not know if they could fix or not my appliance since i never had used them. The technician arrived on schedule and quickly found the issue. He kindly explained the solution and how much would it cost. After i agreed it was a matter of less than 1 hour to have my dryer working

You have very bad customer service, its our first time to come to you for repair, but you have made it a very bad exprience. You dont know how to tall to a customer at all. You are only nice when you are talking to Europeans, or any white skin people.

Used to be a really good company but service has gone terrible, been back and forward for 3 days just trying to get them to confirm a time. Have to wait 12hrs for a one word response.

I needed to fix my dishwasher at the same day, because I had a lot of stuff in my kitchen after party. So this guys saved my time and fixed it in one day. Thank you. I definitely call you again if I have something to be fixed.

Customer service is horrible!!! I wouldn’t even give them one start but you have to select. I called them last Saturday and they came and took my washing machine. The technician told me it would be three days for repair. No one called me and I called on Tuesday only to hear that the part was not available and that they will order it. I asked the technician to keep me updated. On Thursday I called him again and he told me by Saturday. Today I call and now he says two more days because they have to order outside the country. I asked him why didn’t you call and let me know and his response was “why do I have to call? Call me back in two days and hung up. I tried calling all the numbers because I wanted to say that if the part was not going to be available and you knew that then you should have called me so that I could agree or find an alternative solution. I am very upset with the lack of customer experience I and the fact that they hang up on me; the customer!!!! Not once but 3 times!!!!

They seemed very good at the beginning, they came within 2 hours on Saturday morning. They checked the fridee and of course they couldn’t do anything. Thay has to repair a quite expensive part which would have taken 2-3 day to arrive...and they left. After 1 week the part wasn’t even ordered, they called me the day after saying that it would have raked 4 weeks for the part to arrive.No more words need to be added I guess. Just PLEASE AVOID THEM!!! Extremely incompetent and very rude!
