Dont know what the point is of offering a delivery service when you never answer the phone. Limited stock. Overpriced. Home delivery pretty much non existent. The All DAy across the way is much better stocked with fresher produce and they always answer the phone for any queries . This place is a joke

Bad customer service, the cashier a Filipina whom I asked to help me with getting my goods on the top of her counter because I had a pain in my hand was furious and started throwing my stuff angrily on the top of the counter and when I asked to for home delivery for the wanted bottles since it was heavy she said after one hour “IF YOU WANT” !!! I mean is that even acceptable at any level. !!!! And that phone number isn’t working!!!

Good variety, pleasent staff, only a small market, reasonably priced, maybe install scales to the checkouts.

Butchery was not so good. The cashiers its not enough in busy hours

Inventory is not half as good as other Carrefour Markets in the vicinity and prices are competitively higher than the rest.

Horrible staff very bad costumer service specially the egyption staff and the butchery chef is so rude and disrespectful i asked him to assist me with some meat but he wasn’t helpful at all so shame !!And whenever i get inside your market always nobody is there to scale our vegetables and we need to find somebody in somehow to assist ! This is not the carrefour reputation but this branch is horrible

My Husband and I recently went to Dubai and were recommended the Carrefour supermarkets by a family member, if we wanted to get snacks and drinks etc. Definitely good value for money and there always seems to be one around.
