Just 3 days ago I purchased 2 units of TV Qled Samsung 55” which was on their clearance list sale however upon purchasing the indian sales manager named Rahul and filipino staff named Dennis fooled me by saying that the unit I purchased was from 2019 year model! 2 days after my purchased the delivery and installation came and in our surprise they sent me the 2018 model! I called their branch immediately and request for explanation and these two sales people are saying that they really dont know the specs of these tv upon promoting to me! I requested a refund due to this misinformation but they said no refund can be done as the units were installed! The fact the I found out their mistake on the day of the delivery! They refused to return my money and they were very rude by not handling my complaint so well! Other bigger electronic companies are giving at least 7 days return policy but this Eros is not! My bad as I trusted their words! I did not even bothered to check my receipts as I trusted these two sales people! But they are very unprofessional! I even recorded my conversations with them and I have witnesses who heard both of them saying the units are from 2019! I paid in full, big money but it all go wasted because of their unprofessionalism! I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS STORE! They will talk and talk until they convinced you and they do not care about the infos they’re giving if its correct or not! This was my first time purchasing in Eros and I TOTALLY REGRET IT! Carrefour electronics, Sharaf DG and others are way best than this Eros! WORST SALES PEOPLE!

Worst service.... I have never experienced such a ridiculous people and service in my life. Waste of money and time. Not even worth for a single star rating. Purchased a mobile before 24 days still now the amount was not converted into installment. Due date getting near. Daily Im calling customer service but still no improvement.

WORST SERVICE EVER! I REPEAT DONT BUY FROM HERE! my wife bought headphones as a gift for me, i did not even open the box and went with the bill after 10 days because i had COVID just to exchange it for a different product, The reply i get is we cant exchange even 1 hr after i purchased the product! RUDE STAFF! i explained him also that i couldnt even step out of the house because i had COVID, the staff acted as if they dont care!

Just one week back i brought samsung s20 ultra from Eros in burjuman.phone was gud bt they are miscommited for 0% interest emi from credit card.they commit us 0%emi from ADCB credit card when we called bank they said no tieup with eros bt they said well do.now after a week noproper response for emi.everytime customer care said well get back to you.Bad customer service.

Poor customer service because the staff keep talking in there negative language which is very annoying!!!!!Secondly the prices are way to high than the other brandsso I would recommend you to check the same item on Amazon or some online shopping website as most of items what Eros sells is either end of season stock or old models

I have purchase a item and within 7 days i have given back so as per law i m suppose to get complete refund as mode of payment ,its not my faulth that your item was faulty,when your technician came to my place he also check that item is faulty and he gave a paper as written proof ,now when i went to return the item in store with my orginal invoice copy they scan my copy and they gave me copy of my card payment and informed me that i will get refund as mode of payment..so now why did i get call from the store saying that i wil get credit note,i dont need credit note as i return within 7 days and unnecessary bank will charge me interest on it as its credit card,so kindly refund my money as soon as possible..i am expecting a call back from senior as i dont wana deal with the store manager.Worst customer service purchased tv 3 days ago from eros burjuman branch,they had an offer on electronic if u top up by e wallet for 200aed u will get 100 aed back and that u can make payment as 100 aed less so this was just to fool people and increase walkin in the store as we waited almost 2 hrs in mall for the offer and they had a server issue i understand the reason it happen sumtime such technical issues as i am also working in retail,but the service was very bad,when we ask manager he ask us to come back as their store open till 12 ,we already went back twice this wasted our time as next day was eid and had to prepare for our festival,manager doesnt have any solution so cant expect from staff,i am working as a store manager and if i was in his place i would have find the solution by taking my operations approval like we can take half payment n reserve the item and customer can pay remaining amount later when wallet start working,they didnt even request customer to leave their number and they can call back customers,instead of letting the customer walkaway and due to which they loose sales and they just gave one reply wen i ask the solution that all customer are going back so i questioned them do u want sales or u just want walkin and increase your conversion,i got frustated and told my husband leave it we will pay the full amount and we made an purchase as soon as i walk near taxi point ewallet started working.the very next day tv had a issue and then we went again to store and spoke to manager about issue,he said he will send a driver to pick the tv but i didnt received a call when i call back again he is saying to bring tv back that means i should waste my money again in taxi and already i lost 100 aed becoz of wallet not working,,i dont have problem even in paying again for taxi and returning the item but the things is there is a lack of followup,no handover given to other staff in the absence of one person so we have to keep repeating same issue again and again to whoever we talk..i am stil waiting for my item to return it,complete was of money
