Canon Service Center.. Went in to service my DSLR. Extraordinary quick, very professional and regular followups.. Turnaround time was 3 days flat fir major repairs.. In contrast gave my Nikon Z7 in UAE on the same day and still waiting 3 weeks later..No wonder Canon leads the world over!!

Sent our Canon printer in for servicing, even though there was anybody there besides us. The service was kinda slow. The technician was very helpful though.

Very Poor, Service they dont respect others and customer time, they are just keep o telling we will come, and attend your problem, but after ,the end of the day no one is coming to help you and they didnt bother to call you back to apologize for not reaching the schedule,Very unprofessional, they just want to sell their product and once you paid for it, its on your own to solve any technical problem even major issue. this s how this company work!. Im not surprise if 1 or 2 years this establishment will closed due to unprofessional staff they have.

Went here for free basic camera training which i got from the canon camera my hubby bought for me. the training is a mediocre experience. the guy instructor was too cool for himself and a little bit condescending.. after the training i emailed them if we will receive a sort of attendance certificate, sadly they dont bother. No reply at all.not a good after sale experience.

Very Bad Customer Service!!!I had an LCD issue with my Canon m50 camera which I bought from them on December 2, 2020.Before I went to their service center I have asked for all the details needed to have my camera issue fixed.Went to their service centre and was told that the lcd problem is not under warranty, that I have to pay for the parts (which will arrive for a month), pay the service fee and wait for another 8days!!! Whats the point of having a service centre that will take forever to fix a unit (under warranty) and still ask for money from customers? My camera is just an M50 for crying out loud!!! Might as well throw this camera in the garbage bin than to wait for a month and pay extra!!! Disappointed that I had to find their service centre which is nowhere accessible only to go home with so much frustration!!! To the lady on the reception who is far from being helpful, THANK YOU!!!

Had some connectivity problems with my Canon printer but the technical team were very responsive and helpful; particularly Hussain. He came to my house (even when help is typically done remotely) and stayed past his work shift to help resolve the problem. He was super helpful and patient and answered all my questions. This is what customer service is all about!

I did my Canon Academy Complimentary Workshop with  Mr. Mohammed Al Nuhaisi and I highly recommend it. I feel that after the workshop all the topics are clear and I am able to use my camera on the right way. I am glad that I attended. Now I can use my camera features and feel comfortable about it.

After buying the printer it was not connecting to any of my devices. Then I called the service centre and Mr. Irfan guided me through to solve the issues. His knowledge, skill set and patience to guide a novice like me is really praiseworthy. I will look for him only from next time whenever I call the service centre.

A Good Place for Service but poor marketing with solutions & their Well Known Distributor of their Moser brand is not trained to pass correction information to customers at the time of purchase leading to warranty issues in less than 6 months.

I dont know how to rate them.They did eventually get my lens fixed after 14 months. After receiving and returning it to them for not fixing it several timez iv lost count.Hats of to them.The 17mm tilt shift canon was with them for a long time.The silver lining was that the staff was super pleasent and tried to sooth me everytime I called.Corona didnt help some part they had ordered for calibration wasnt arriving.. But in my defense I did leave the lens with them well before covid.I had given up all hope and had decided that I was gonna get a new lens and then the miracle happened and I got the news they finally got the calibration tool and it will be ready for collection soon.

The only authorized company for Canon Printer services. The service was good and fast. They dont sent technicians around for repair, the customer have to take the equipment to their service center. If someone is using Metro Emirates Metro Station (Red Line)is the closest.

Great place, safe, quiet and good worth ethic

Brought a CANON MX494 printer from Lulu and was facing a problem soon with wireless connectivity were Lulu technicians are not not able to rectify. Then i approach their Khalidiya mall Canon service and Mr Suhail assist me from service team and he rectified with a short period of time, thank you for the support and Suhail in particular.

Went for the photography course at Canon Academy here.Well organised, nice class rooms, informative course content and well delivered by the instructor.I would suggest to mention this place as Canon Academy in Google maps too, so that its easy to track.

The charging 52.50. that is very reasonable in the market.Last time I have put wrong colour ink on wrong base ir course damage on my printer. Even then they didnt charge as it is on warranty.Best marketing is good service.

Are not able to clean a camera properly!I took my Canon 5D mark II for a full service. A week later I got a call saying that I can pick up my camera. One test shot reviled that there was still dust on the sensor. I showed the technician who then tested the camera with his lens, same result. So I left the camera there again! When I picked up the camera the second time, they had lost my body cap and said I had not left one with them! NOT TRUE!! When I got home I saw that there were hairs on the inside of the view finder, which werent there when I dropped of the camera. I have written them an email but no one replies. This is very upsetting and is not good for the image of Canon! Can not recommend them at all! Technician was friendly but the guy at the front desk definitely not!

Terrible service, I dropped my EOS 25oD due to malfunction in Auto-Foucs, was told it will take 3-5 days to get it done as it is only 6 months old but I had to chase them and was told it wont be ready , I had to hire another camera as I had an important shoot.

I highly discourage anybody from doing business with this company. They lack any respect for deadlines and they will happily blame any delay on the costumer for not pecking the phone after only calling three times at the same hour.Staff are extremely not professional blaming each others when dealing with a mistake.They dont believe that the customer right sometimes and they will never apologise.

Very delay in processing issues

Very dissapointed!! Paid a high amount of 700aed to service and clean my lenses as the autofocus didnt work on my 35mm. Got it back after a month and then suddenly NO clear visibility or focus through either of my lenses. Tried phoning numerous time but I just dont get a call picked up!

Unexpectedly, found spares for my vaccuam cleaner at very reasonable rate

Fix my printer...no complaints however they need to be more persistent in reaching clients. I never got a call from them on the status of my job order.

I have Battery problem with moser trimmer, I am happy with the customer services , the staff very kind, good fallow up and fast, i appreciate their services , however before i go i was worry, thanks a lot.
