All shops in this area are selling phones as new but in fact it is used and pre-activated or refurbished and they claim it is new, you can only know the truth by calling Apple or Samsung care to check the status of the phone by imei,This shop Prices are very higher than the others and he said that is due to not playing like others and selling used item as new, after I trust him and bought from him I chocked and discovered that the phone was used and activated before so I return it to them. All these shops are not trusted, take care

Sold me a used phone claiming it was a brand new one! When I received it the box was sealed. However, when opened, there were small scratches and dents on the phone. When called Samsung, they confirmed that the phone was already activated more than a month ago! The shop has sold me the phone under the false claim that it was brand new! Be aware! They are liars! They will tell you that the box is perfectly sealed and nobody ever opened the phone before. They very skillfully put a seal on, from outside it looks like it was not opened. But like I said, the phone was already used inside the sealed box! I cannot believe the Carrefour allowed them to sell their phones on their website. This is how I bought it. And it is listed as new! This company are liars and cheats and they are acting illegally by selling a used phone and claiming it is brand new! I will be taking action against them. But consumers, be careful, stay away from these cheats!

Omar at the mobile phone counter was a rude and unhelpful staff memeber. declined to give same prices quoted by other staff over the phone after me ringing ahead and then driving across town to purchase a phone. also he refused to speak with the company representative after I called them back whilst standing in store. I dont reccomend this phone shop if you want a hassle free experience, this place is a place of beurocracy and a sheer waste of time. expect to be messed around and given a lot of problems

Cheater- I ordered phone with Sharaf DG and Planet Telecom is their vendor, they send me duplicate Iphone 12pro max. Im fighting to get my money back.

Worst shop ever, I walked in asked for a product was given a rate. Was negotiating the card fee of 2% the sales person then spoke to someone on the phone and increased the product price immediately by 200aed plus 2%. Absolutely ridiculous and unprofessional store.Do not visit or purchase from here, I can only imagine their reaction if a product is found defective which the chances it being, are high.. Shame need to report them to DED.
