I had bought some goods from UBMS and one of the items had all loose ac adapters. The sales representative blamed me. I only had the item for a few hours and you want to blame me for improper usage. If I were to request any other retailer to fix an item during 1 to 30 days they would have given me a new item and not blame me for a faulty item or the retailer would fix the faulty item. This company has Terrible customer service. I will never buy from them again. In fact I dont think anybody should buy anything from them

Waited for 2 months for a competitor to repair my Sony FS5, in the end gave up and it was transferred to UBS. Selva their repair guy was amazing, not only fixed it in 2 days but realised no extra part was needed saving me $$$. He and UBS are now my go-to guys for Sony camera repairs in the UAE.
