Making a purchase at Dubai Audio is one of the most rewarding experiences ever. The owner of the store goes through tremendous effort and dedicates a lot of time to ensure he understands your requirements (often when you don’t realize them yourself) and then presents you with options that even you were not aware of.The numerous listening rooms within the store are setup for various equipment where one can enjoy listening and eliminating the options till you are content that what you are buying is the best for your tastes out of all the available options. No other music store has the kind of brands they have.But I would advise buying equipment which they have in stock..It takes more than a month..infact Im still waiting for my amp as I write this..Besides, backorder requires you to pay the full amount. if only music store would keep more equipment in stock..I guess thats the case with almost all stores here...ordering from desertcart is faster ,but there is a huge difference in cost.

I love this place, an audiophiles paradise. Staff are very knowledgeable and helpful and the products are top notch, although many are out of reach for most people, but its still nice to experience them and the staff are always happy to help.

I had visited the store to purchase a pair of inear earphones (wanted to move from regular/mass market to audiophile grade). I was asked what sound signature I was looking for and Mark Flores did a amazing job in explaining the various options available.Considering Im new to such devices, Mark took his time taking me through pros and cons. Purchased Shure Aonic 4 and Im happy & pleased with the purchase.In my pursuit of excellent mids and highs, Im already on the verge of getting another pair of headphones.

I have lived in Dubai for over 2 decades. I purchased a Linn audio system several years ago and this company exemplifies the kind of customer service that every UAE company should strive for. It is nothing short of superlative. Ive had several occasions that required follow up with my system for setup, to replace a cartridge as well as rewire a network cable and they came immediately. Their sales staff is very knowledgeable and patient. The service technicians are professional and meticulous. Fantastic Customer Service & after sales support!I visited their showroom in Shk Zayed Road. The showroom is wonderful and has different audio rooms for different systems/setups.The owner took is very knowledgeable and demonstrated some of the speaker systems in the audio rooms.The best part is their after sales support. I had some trouble setting up the system and the Dubai Audio team provided full support and helped me set up the system. The Klipsch speakers are terrific! Thanks

Dubai Audio is THE hi-fi shop of Dubai with more than 20 years serving music lovers. Im new to hi-fi but I love music and wanted a stereo system to listen to a very wide range of music from Arabic popular music to English and French oldies. I have spent months researching speakers, amplifiers, streamers and watching reviews from all over the Internet but nothing matched the experience of just visiting their store on SZR and listening to the variety of equipment they have, experiencing the professionally set-up rooms and talking to their friendly experts who know their stuff and that would make you enjoy the whole experience and come out with whats best for your own taste and budget. I was evaluating buying equipment from abroad but after visiting them it didnt make any practical sense, I even visited hi-fi shops in Canada but havent enjoyed as much as I did in Dubai Audio. Credit goes to Adil who helped me select the system im currently enjoying which is the Naim Uniti Atom and Klipsh Heritage Forte III speakers 😍

Had been here with my office colleagues but surprisingly had a very bad shopping experience and that too from the owner of the store itself. One would expect the owner of the store to set an example to his staff. But alas, the owner was curt, unwelcoming and had no experience in dealing with customers. Feel sorry for the store staff, they were trying to be helpful.As a tourist, this will most certainly be my last visit ever to this store.

Excellent place for audiophiles and any one who loves audio. Had a great experience from the store and very personal customer care. Walked in to check on some floor standing speakers and was treated to a great walk around through their detailed listening rooms. Auditioned some amazing speakers and trust me they have a great collection. Everyone who enjoys music must visit the store...

Had visited them for repairing my onkyo receiver. It was very nice experience, they answered all my queries in most efficient way and suggested a good upgrade which was worth taking. They have premium audio accessories as well. Its going to be my fixed place for any audio related purchases.

Got in touch to see if they could help with my requirements. Was suggested something totally different. Did some research and suggested something back to them which they accepted will work but they didnt have stock. Interaction was below par and so a sale lost.

Hopeless. I am writing this review while I am in Dubai Audio. Before coming here, I was told on the phone to come and listen to the sound and here in the shop they said that they dont have anything on display. And that we cannot open the packed audio set because no one will buy it. If the audio set was not in your display centre then I should have told about the same. I asked how I am not going to listen and see the product that I would like to buy? The manager did not bothered to come down and offer any excuse. The poor admin guy kept on communicating between me and the manager.

I have visited quite a few hi-fi hi end showrooms in the UK, and find Dubai audio to be the best one I have seen. The staff are very helpful and full of knowledge. Buying hi-fi is not an every day purchase, and it is a long term relationship. We are lucky to have Dubai Audio to help us demanding audiophiles. As a Chord Electronics, Naim audio and Linn audio dealer (and many other brands), they are exemplary and I highly recommend.

My Hi-Fi equipment journey started immediately after I got hold of four Hifi reviews magazines. Ever curious to know the latest and best in hifi world I sought out as much information as I could. However my journey into hifi equipment ownership did not take wings until I met Adil Anwar at Dubai Audio. With hardly any money in my pocket I entered his shop with much trepidation, knowing how pricey hifi equipment can be. Adil was very friendly and we discussed on various equipment and how to go about setting up hifi at home on a budget. No amount of reading magazines can substitute the real feel and sound of hifi systems. Adil showed me around various systems and made my dreams soar. I am sure if not for him I would never have been able to out a great system together. I visited him several times at four times a year and when I accumulated enough, I went and bought Sonus Faber speakers from him. My first big budget purchase! Then followed project turntable, several pairs of interconnect cables, Astell Kern Hires portable player with Audeze earphones and finally Mu-so Qb all-in-one streamer, internet radio, Bluetooth speaker etc. As I bid adieu to Dubai my one regret is I will miss Dubai Audio and more than that my great friend Adil Anwar. I can never say enough of either.

Probably one of the best fitted out hi-fi shops in the world, a real gem. The owner personally catered to my requirements and left me in the listening room to audition the Focals to my hearts content. I ended up getting a DAC and some interconnects at a very good price. This outlet is a Dubai institution!

I visited the showroom they dont have the onkyo AVR Im looking for in display I asked the sales guy how I can buy it without checking its performance... He said I can share the spects sheet!!Then I asked him about the return policy he said we dont have one nobody wants to buy an opened box!!Im not sure how they are expecting customers to buy audio gear and make investment without listening to the performance especially these stuff dont come cheap.I end up buying another brand.

Brilliant service. I was waiting for over a year to get my Onkyo amp repaired. They not only took over a very badly run repair operation, they have in fact brought back the service level, speed of response and clarity of communication needed from a gloab brand. A quick browse around the store tells you that they cater to every need and budget, from a basic amp owner and his insane whims to bug budget home and commercial systems.. All that.. With a smile.. If you need real home theater system just go there and forget what else in UAE market, I bought 5.1 home theater , they have everything for real home theater system, I bought KLIPSH speakers & SVS subwoofer, OMG my house is shaking till date.Special thanks to Mr. Ali , he was so helpful, and his suggestion was highly appreciated for my need.
