Worst customer service, take 45 days to get part which i am still doubt they will give me the part after 45 days as they keep changing the date when delivery date is near.I wonder how they are even running the business when they have such a weak asset management and stock management. I even offer them that i will lay for Express shipping but still no luck. My service contract just getting wasted with them.

I didn’t expect this poor service of instaling the parts from them as they are not trained and have the knowledge about the Jeep parts. I have got new parts with scratch and technicians working just for company sake. Better service in UAE is by western motors. @jeep
