Worst company ever!! They have an offer .. purchasing one time a protection cover for the apple watch and then replace it 10 AED whenever gets damaged… the problem is they never have it in stock and the worst part is … if you ask for new protection cover surprisingly it’s available!! Worst ever

Good service on mobile purchase, however any accessories buy at your own risk if they are not from Super Brands. Dont get deceived by packaging of accessories.

Gifts out number the Items you purchase. For example, I purchased an entry level basic smartphone for AED400 and got 2 head phones, 1 selfie stick and 1 USB speaker as gifts. Never expected that!!!!. The staff are super friendly and have a very diplomatic approach unlike some similar stores where they literally Brainwash you to buy or make you leave out of frustration or you just get ignored if your budget conscious.

Worst experience regarding the FOCs to be received along with the new Huawei Mate 30 Pro 5g pre-order. All the information passed to me from them is fake and their words change every hour. In order to know whether my complimentary freebies are available, I had to call multiple times to the shop and hardly someone picks the call. It was same for the delivery of the phone as well. Even though they keep taking contact details, i receive no calls from the team. Instead, its me who called them multiple times to inquire regarding the same.

Staff are horribly aggressive, very rude and intimidating especially if you are following up on a warranty issue relating to IPHONE which failed 1 months after purchase!!?I later discovered that IPhone was a discontinued model which Axiom dishonestly displayed as “special offer “.So customers be ware! Better buy your IPHONES from the official IPhones company showrooms in Dubai Mall 3 floor! It is safer!?

Dont shop here!! I spent 200 on a portable charger, which they lied and said was on promotion half price. I later found out sharaf dg were selling for 200.Then it doesn’t work consistently so 2 weeks later i take it back , and they say its my cables (i have lots of high quality ones) and they wont do anything about.I was so disgusted with them i gave them the unit and told them to throw it in bin.I will not shop from them ever again

Worst experience ever. I pre-ordered my GalaxyS10 on 28 of February . A sales representative promised I can get my phone within 4 days. Its been a more then a week now but still when I call them they cant answer me on wich date I will receive my phone. Really I feel so bad I didnt go to SharafDg . This is my first and last experience with these unqualified liars.

I have spend 100 AED and put a shutter proof for samsung S9 recently with Axion . But very soon it got damaged. When i went to replace the shutter proof they are saying there is no stock to change the screen protector. i do not know how long do i needs to wait for stock to come. ... already 10 days i am waiting for the stock. Pls axion pls take care of this.

Worst Customer Service and the sales people are fraud! I only wanted to buy a prepaid sim card for DU and they told me to get the postpaid telling me that i can have it cut anytime for no additional charges. Now I want to cancel it and they are asking me to pay 100 for migration which is not acceptable! They told me that when i decided to cut the line, all i have to do is wait for 2 days and it will be used as prepaid! Not nice of them, really.

Dear sir/mam,Any vacancy in Dubai UAE, my total Experience 4.5 year in mobile industry Samsung mobile india.

Axiom might be fine for ordering a mobile phone however the experience I had ordering a sound system was horrible. When I received the speaker it wasnt functional post which I returned it to Axiom, after this it has taken me up to this point 4.5 months to try and get it repaired and returned.The fact that in 2018 in takes almost half a year to deliver a product is ridiculous. In total, Ive received one status update email suggesting that I would receive the item after 24-24hrs however this never happens post which you go into a loop of chasing the customer service which will just say Ive asked the logistics team to deliver it as soon as possible. On top of this they are now wanting to charge me 150 AED to pay for the repairs required on the 2500 AED speaker that Ive never turned on yet.Atleast Ive gotten to a first name basis with the customer service staff at this point which could be considered the Axiom personal touch. Hands down the worst (online) shopping experience Ive ever had when buying a luxury item.Avoid yourself the trouble and pay the 20 AED extra and get it from a competitor with easier access to physical stores that serve your product (e.g. not just mobiles)
