My advice to you is dont step in this scam, regardless the discounts and offers they do especially if you are interested at IPhone or Samsung. Because if you back to them with any of these two brands they will tell you to go by yourself

Sailing very good approaches from sales person, but if you send your phone for warranty service, it take more than 10 days to receive it back. not recommended store after sale service.

They dont have ethics.One of the sales persons told me that iphone 12pro is AED 4399. Even though the price is AED 200 more than the actual price in apple store, I was ready to by. But the same person increase the price in the system to AED 4599 when I came back with the money in less than 30 minutes.

Poor service , when i asked about ipad 10.2 price , they informed me 1700 when i go for payment , they said sorry on system is 1840 ( while in apple is 1719 , and all other stores , they just wasting my time ).Not trusted , not recommended

Its ok, I remember back in the day when we used to buy all new things from axiom.Obviously back then, internet was a privilege so pricing wasnt a huge topic.These days it is, so I stopped buying overpriced phones and accessories from axiom, but this last visit was to get a screen protector and I saw that they do printing on covers so I wanted to try and see how good it was.For 50dhs and providing a case, I think the outcome is pleasing, obviously I used an image that I supplied and it was a vector so resolution wasnt an issue and it printed great!Yes I can probably find another place who can do it for much less but I didnt want to bother finding it just for a one-off one in a lifetime service.But, axiom is ok.

This is one of the most unprofessional, irresponsible, unskilled-employees mobile shops u can find all around the area.They just want to sell something to u and then thats it. No support, no service and nothing.They sold a note 10 plus to me and forced me to buy screen protection for it. Then they put the screen protection full of bubbles and dust under and said it will be fine after 2 hours.After 2 days i went there and complain. They put another screen protection. Again full of bubbles. After half a day its came out. Next day i went there and they forced me to purchase for another screen protection, another brand. The this one has scratch it self from the beginning. Then i wanted to make complain to the manager. U r not going to believe, there was no manager or responsible guy for 4 days i wad going there and asking about him. Day 1st they said he has day off.Second day, they said he has meeting to head office all day.Day 3st they said he is out side for lunch, and from 1 PM till 6 PM i was checking on them and they were telling me he is not back yet.There are lot of shops in that area please for ur own good go to another shop.By the way I purchased a screen protection from samsung shop next to them. Its perfect.

First Store i have seen where the staff tells you to buy from someone else . One my first visit they tried to sell me the normal headphones as water resistant, this was my second visit for buying and S10 E and the fillipino Lady, instead of explaining me why they were selling that mobile for the highest price in the mall, directed me to buy from somewhere else.Visited around 10:30 or 11 am on 17th Sep.

I have spend 100 AED and put a shutter proof for samsung S9 recently with Axion . But very soon it got damaged. When i went to replace the shutter proof they are saying there is no stock to change the screen protector. i do not know how long do i needs to wait for stock to come. ... already 10 days i am waiting for the stock. Pls axion pls take care of this.

Axiom Telecom is a great store for urinals and others, and worth a visit
