One of the worst online shopping experience of my life👎👎. They took soo many days to delivered a small product & there call center staff is not experienced and they have BIG lack of communication between them and the delivery guys👎 . I think Amazon is better than DG

I went there after saw a Discount offer but when I reached there all are sold out which I want. Generally Sharaf DG good place to take all electronic items on discount many times on occasion of special days.

*Update- 30.01.2021*After frequent follow-ups, the store has returned full amount in cash because they couldnt repair/replace the item.______I regret about the day I purchased a TV from Sharaf DG in Dec, 2020. They sold a fake product which got damaged within 2 weeks.Sharaf DG has worst customer service I have ever seen in my Dubai life for many years. It was not easy to claim warranty service. Finally, the item was taken away and havent recieved it back till date. They even do not respond to your mails or complaints in the website form.My experience, buy from any others if you are looking for genuine products.

If there was something called the worst customer experience awards, that should be given to Sharaf DG! I have lived 26 years in this country, shopped in many places, this has been the worst experience ever! Its my first purchase online, received email stating my shipment will be delivered estimated within 11th of May, until now, no shipment was delivered, nor any information of the status of the shipment. I then tried to call their Customer Service, was kept on hold for 16 minutes!! still, no luck getting through. In addition, the voice message kept stating my call will be answered in 3 minutes, 16 minutes later, still on hold! then, I tried to chat online, the customer service online chat gave vague answers, and when I persisted, simply stopped communicating with me further....!! If you want to waste a tone of time with your purchase experience, then go shop here! it will be the first, and my very last purchase with this shop!

This is the old and very popular shopping place in Dubai. The location is good and also approach is easy through Taxi and Metro Train.They have approximately all types of products and shops inside. Though a good name in electronics items seller, they failed to provide drinking water to the customer when its summer season and humidity is high.I could see there was a water dispenser set up on the first floor inside a closed door but its only for staff.Great Job !!!!

You might get a good ambiance and location to shop but local shops offer better discounts. If youre tight on budget or if youre looking to save some extra bucks, make sure you visit small shops in Al-Fahidi district. They have a complete electronic market there including many wholesale shops.

All electronic item charges very high- compare to other shop...i am purchasing Panasonic product today that item promotion item...actually cost 367 promotion price 279/-. billing time total coast 316/- (this item displaying price 279 only)why...?i am asking to staff why more charging .....staff simple answering sharaf DG member coast 37 AED...i dont like putting more charges. next time to me and my colleague dont visit again. dont make this type of billing.

RTA Parking is difficult to find. But another paid parking is available on a walking distance. Theres complete range home appliances with smart phone is available. But options are limited for home appliances.

This sharaf DG outlet is not that big considering other outlets. The choices for many items is not available at this outlet. It is better if one visits the other big outlets, because if you are looking for some specific products you will not get it here.

Good place to buy your goods as well as for window shopping. But its also inflates the prices to show discounts.. Playing with the psycology that it has the best price where infact you can get better price outside. But if u want the best quality this is a good place to start as their goods have quality and variety of options available to choose from and easy to replace in case of defacts.

Its in the middle of Bur Dubai souq very near to meena bazar, its a very small store with limited variety, finding a parking spot here is very difficult, i dont recommend going to this store as long as youre living near by, but if youre a tourist and visit dubai better you go for a big store in one of the malls where youll have lot of variety.

Sharaf DF is located in meena bazaar,Burj dubai.It is famous for electronic goods.One can find all major electronic and mobile brands here.It is famous for genuine products.Pricing is also competitive though i think that the pricing is on the higher side.If you can explore more of the meena bazaar you can get cheaper than it.Otherwise it has a nice collection and ok prices
