Never ever buy from this shop. At first it will seem to you that the staff are so friendly and supportive, but that is ONLY until you buy the item. They will fool you about the warranty. We bought a camera which got broken in less than a month, they couldnt fix it and they said you have no warranty. Make sure your warranty is WRITTEN on the invoice they give. Buy from anywhere but not from here.

Al Souk branch. Horrible experience, staff are rude and do not do what they say. Told me they could fix my sons Lenovo pad for 200AED, when we brought it in they said 275. Then they called and wanted 375 so I told them no and I would come get it, when I arrived it was not there and I could not get them to tell me that. I had to wait in their shop over 30 mins. Do not do business with them, YOU WILL REGRET IT!

They are cheaters. Please Dont buy from here. I bought vanguard tripod Ab265 for 550 aed. and within 10 days screw came from the extension.i went back for waranty. they said i misused and made physical damage. but there is no physical damage. they said nothing can do. finally he took the tripod and kept it that he will do the service from vanguard. finally after a month after lots of calls and arguments i received a shaky tripod the cheaters are blaming me that i broke the tripod. they put some stupid screw and it is shaking like hell. I cant use it anymore. My money went waste
