When look from outside the shop looks small. But imside is too spacious. All the household items available. The price is a little high as compared to other competing super markets. There is a special counter for pork customers also. The items all are arranged in a very professional way. Customer service also good. All the items we need will get under one roof. Nice place for family purchasing .

Worst supermarket I have ever visited and I have visited horrible supermarkets. The prices are extremely high compared to others. The service is horrible, people cut in line and the cashiers just let them. The store smells bad, the hygiene is bad, items are overpriced. I wouldnt visit it again.

Very very very bad experience. Sometimes they accept the order and thn cancel it an hour later. Or when they do accept the orders, they send half of the items. We asked for 10 kgs of potato and paid for it using careem and they sent only 5 kgs. The prices which they show on app and the price they charge are completely different. Very bad customer service.

A pretty big store inside though looks small from outside. It has 2 floors though I have never been to 2nd floor... You can get almost everything from daily needs like milk, bread, curd, maggi, laban, fruits n veg, snacks, spices, condiments, pickles, to kitchen utensils, meat, shaving and bathroom toiletries and what not... A lot of indian products r available...(aashirvaad aataa, pickles etc..).. I have also seen chinese products.. so I guess they cater to multiple audience... Prices are reasonable... I love the smell of fresh coriander here.. they r really fresh... Ladies finger wasnt so good here..but other veg r okay... Just check for freshness always anywhere in Dubai... Overall its a good store.

They conveniently forget your order, you call them to follow up, they tell you its on the way but the fact is that they have forgotten your order or just dont want to deliver. this has happened many times with my orders and i stay 3 buildings away from the store.

Very slow service, delivery reaching after 1,30 hours, and they bringing always bad quality vegetables... So upsetting.Better and sooner if you go yourself and choose nice quality foods.

For 10 years experience with Almaya this is the first time I encounter a very rude cashier name: Sharmila Khadija it happened today at 17:33pmI was really irritated with her the store was very busy with a very long queue and yet there is no social distancing at all. My sister and I get the attention of the security on duty as there is one customer without falling in line came to the counter and pay the 1 pair of slipper that she bought knowing that there’s a long queue and she didn’t respect other customers,worst thing is that the cashier Shamila entertained the lady despite my sister spoke to her that she should prioritize us first because we are in the queue the cashier responded in a rude way and she even bang the cash drawer. I would like to high lights to 2 points here...1. To give training about customer etiquette and she should not entertain the lady while there’s a queue line.2. Since covid still increasing in the city, your staff needs to ensure social distancing to stop the spread of the virus. As disrespectful customer, came very close to us and to the other customer who is actually on the counter to pay, the other customer told to this disrespectful customer to stay away from her and practice the social distancing.I hope my that you will take necessary action in this incident.Thank you

In the middle of densely populated area its the best one in its category. SUP is its open 24 hours. Open food counter for made to order pasta and pizza is really good for light dinner. Salad bar is awesome. They keep on adding fresh vegetables time to time. Weekend deals are good ones. But they need improvement in the apparel dept. Very much ignored.

The newest outlet on Supermarket Street. OOPS! Sorry....KBW, Khalid Bin Walid Street, which is also known as the Computer Street. But can be safely rechristened Supermarket Street, with the multiple outlets there. Having closed their Branch about 500M away, close to the Museum, about 2 years back, there was always a question where their new outlet would be. And moving in to the location formerly occupied by Apsara Supermarket, Al Maya Supermarket management has made a fine choice.

Has fresh chicken, mutton, seafood and other meat options. Single counter on main road side has less queue. Has a salad bar, bakery section, ready to eat food options.

Offer products.. even after I have warned multiple times the manager regarding expired products .. Had a similar incident today where bought the stuff from the offer deck expiring mar 2020 but was completely spoiled.. Horrible place to shop

A reasonable small sized local super market catering to the local area. Has a number of items which are especially sought by Indians living nereby. Best advantage is that it is open twenty four hours and has items not easily available in other super markets. Plus if you choose the right time there will be no rush at billing. Overall a very pleasant experience.

This little super market has quite a range of produce and judging by the number of people visiting it is a popular one in the area. I like that they had many different options of each food thus giving a big selection from many parts of the world. Even though they advertise SIM cards at the door, they didnt have any when I asked for one.
