Woooow great customer service team, especially Fresh Food section Manager Mr.Fasal Thangal, what a great service he is giving to customers. I was searching Ada Pradhaman Payasam in any hypermarkets in Dubai, unfortunately 16-sep-2021 Thursday on Lulu Al Qusais Menu was serving only Palada and Semiya, when I called customer service number for specially inquiring Ada Pradhaman, they transferred to Fresh Food section, they collected my mobile number and informed somebody will call from that department. I thought like other hyper markets never will get a return call. But surprisingly Mr.Fasal Thangal called me and inquired about my request, he informed politely Ada Pradhaman is not in Menu today, but if you need we can make for you, I really surprised when I heard that words, because for a customer demand such a huge hypermarket is ready to make small quantity for specially for one customer? Yes, he did it, after 1 hour of this call I reached and collected the Ada Pradhaman payasam from Lulu Al Qusais Fresh Food section, they served with such a great taste. Thanks to Mr.Fasal Thangal and Al Qusais Lulu Hyper Market Management.

We have purchased a television and after two days, i saw a blue vertical line in the middle of the tv so i have contacted them to have this issue be sorted out. I have talked to Thahir from aftersales and he asked me to send him a msg on whatsapp, which i did, and after complaining, he just blocked me without even apologizing from what happened. To be honest, this is the second time i have experienced bad service from lulu. You guys do not know how to pacify customers but you should at least attend to their concerns. And asking to go back there with a 49inches television is not what i wanted to hear from you guys and this doesn’t sit well with me. I understand that you guys are following certain process but you can do better than being rude to your customers.

Even though the mall is specifically built centered around Lulu, the setup is tiring.The electronics, clothes and household sections are located on the first floor and it can get a bit of a hassle if you want to get a complete shopping experience.Even then I did visit 2 times and got many things I wanted.Many of the staff are helpful and it was nice getting the help needed.

It is the 2nd largest Lulu Hypermarket in Dubai. Conveniently located within the city limits. Neatly stacked FMCG products with high degree of hygiene.

Friday offers are much better here. They have parking lots but usually has rushy ambience. They have RAK Bank ATM. Calicut notebook restaurant. Few jewelleries too.

It’s an excellent market. How ever the guys ( Male staff)in saree section on Friday morning needs more customer service training. They behave as if they are doing a favor by showing those sarees to people . This is not a first time experience but repeatedly we felt this during saree purchase.

Lulu near stadium metro station is very spacious one and malls major portion is housing by the Lulu hypermarket.In evening times 6 PM-9 PM parking is a problem.However the offers are very good on provision and dress, But less in vegetables, fish and diary items.
