I am so dissapointed bought towel and blanket and all wool pealing off I regret i bought from this store as i washed it with expensive washing machine and all its filter with wool and still peeling even after dry.

Another outlet of the well known Al Maya super market chain situated close to Al Satwa. Open twenty four hours like most other Al Maya outlets, it offers a wide range of products of daily needs and especially items which the locals need such as lentils, dal, rice idli dosa batter etc, . worth a visit. Decent location. Decent setup and ambience. Good service.

Lady cahsier was very rude to customers. showed a lot of anger while cancelling an item that was another customers & was included in my bill by mistake , throwing credit cards, talking and laughing loudly in own language its all insulting never been experienced in any supermarkets .

Regardless customer service.....We are regular customer at this branch.Lady philipina who working in clothes section she dont have a manner to talk with the customers. She is inside the fitting room with playing music on her phone. My wife did not notice that. she try to open the door of fitting room but door is locked from inside. After some time that phillipina She came outside and talking nonsense like you dont know if someone inside you have to knock the door bla bla doing arguments with my wife. Manner less staffAlmaya management you have to give some training to your staff how to behave with your customers...

I am a regular customer of almaya burdubai. but ones i face the problem from their staff after that i stoped visiting there. they treated as very badly even through they know me properly. the security guy is very bad he dont know how to behave with the customer. even i complaint to the manager but no action as been taken. as still the security guy say that he didnt did anything wrong.very poor .........
