Good vegetables and fruits, scraped coconut is without any shell parts and chakiri (fiber), the service provided by Meat and Fish section is very good. Convenient Car parking at back side, all together nice experience with good service , compared to nearby super markets.

Good market for grocery

Pasons is not a very familiar name when it comes to supermarket chains. Theyre quite popular in eateries like Milan & Paramount. But the Pasons supermarket is a nice little place to get most of what you need be it groceries, fresh produce or household utensils. Theyve targeted the Indian diaspora in this branch with the variety of items they stick and rightly so because Al Qusais has a >90% Indian population. They have some very distinct differences from their competitors especially in the oils they stock. I couldnt find groundnut oil anywhere else except Al Adil and I found it here. The best part is they have an excellent home delivery service whether you pay by cash or card. The guy even gets the card machine to your doorstep. I wouldve given 5/5 but they really should stock some more varieties of household items and utensils especially the cast iron and stainless steel type for healthy eaters.

Good supermarket, even they have their own mobile application through which we can order online and know their offers and promotions, and they deliver the order for free to my home or office.

Hello ,the delivery person at 11.30pm in Abdul Aziz Majeed building Qusais where I reside ,had an argument with me ,because I asked him to maintain a distance because his face mask was not covered and he was too close to comfort ,Iam a tenant in this building and when I told him about the distance he cared a damn and started speaking to me in a very loud voice and came up even closer ,I want to know the name of that delivery person to report him to police for not maintaining social distance without wearing a proper mask and arguing with me in my home residence area about it,we order all our groceries from here everyday but if any action is not taken against that delivery person,will never ever order from here because the customer feed back they never take it seriously it means And their delivery people are utmost disrespectful and uneducated I feel

Worst super market ever seen ...Placing the delievry on wrong address most of the time..Even when u call them were is the deliveryThey will try to search...They will just keep on the door of the other person...Even the that person will not know ..Still I used to ignore but ..when is lock down period I asked them weather they will give the delivery they said me yes...Then again I called them to ask them what about the delivery they said its on the way ...Again after sumtime when I called them they saidI came to ure home twice .but u were not there ...big lie ....my family was there at home ..these people are very big liers ....and it was lock down period I was need of urgent groceries I have to go n bring it ...So please buyers dont buy from these people hence they dont treat well.....and telling lies every time

It is a new supermarket opened recently. It is good for everyday shopping. Visited with a list of grocery items and asked a salesman for the display location, to my surprise he helped me till the end and after billing he even loaded the bags onto my car. Never got this service from any other supermarket. Extremely Happy with Customer service.

Actually i lost items cost less than 10 dirahms and its for 2days back. I am not sure also whether the mistake from my side. I called to their contact no,, they traced out and evnthough it was my mistake by foeget to take the item, they are going to deliver the item to my place... 👍👍👍good back up service
