Super market in silicon oasis in ABS tower. You will get almost everything for your daily usage in this supermarket. Prices are fine, staff is also quite good. Its good for nearby people as they operate 24 hours so you can hop in anytime for you Grocery shopping. Some times parking on the road is issue but it happens only in evening. Rest a good place for quick shopping for silicon oasis residents.

24/7 supermarket located in Silicon Oasis in ABS tower. Prices are affordable and you can find almost everything there. Staff are willing to help you at all times.They have a great variety of fruits and vegetables. Thats a good option for residents in the neighbourhood.

Its closed on Fridays for prayers.. So it is not 24 hours open. Be careful while visiting on Fridays or public holidays.

Very ugly rude staff misbehaved and delivery is very late. When i ask why it is late he told i will not give u your order.

Good place to buy fresh Sheela fish (Barracuda) and Nethili fish(Anchovies) on Friday morning. Fishmonger is very helpful.

Went here early morning to buy few stuff only to notice both staff are not wearing face mask. One is the cashier named Shajahan. I did not notice the name of the other guy staff. I highlighted my observation to Shajahan but he just said yes yes and did not do anything. It looks like he was avoiding my question of why they are not wearing mask. This is unacceptable. I hope the management finds out about this irresponsible habit of their staff.

These guys have increased prices of almost all food items. Please compare your bills. All items are at least 30% more compared to any other places. Shame on them specially at times like this. Be aware.

One of the worst supermarkets youd come across in Dubai. Dont bother calling them as they NEVER pick-up their phone. Prices are higher than usual. The worst part is that their management seems least bothered from all these reviews and do not consider costumers an asset.

Like other supermarkets and grocery stores this one is the same but smaller in comparison to items being offered on the shelve. One needs to keep in mind that when ordering for home delivery be ready for delay as they need to be reminded of what you ordered and waiting for.

There is not even one positive thing about this supermarket , very high prices, too much delivery time , very bad attitude and very bad welcoming starting from the one who answer the phone to the casher to the delivery guys, the supermarket is very messy nothing organized, neither clean, and you cant find what are you looking for , the whole place is not deserve to open in silicon oasis, the next carrefour was mercy from god but unfortunately its closed .

Rude staff and not helpful , not even picking the calls and acting as if they r some VIPs and not bothered to deliver goods inspite of 2 times visist to their store

Honestly I have no clue what other comments are about. I order from those guys every day and I can tell you: they are amazing!Fast, kind, nice, good people... And if they dont have something theyll find a good substitution or theyll get it from another store.

Delivery are usually late even though i was Ok fine i understand .but today one of the staf said that after delaying of more then 1 hour if you cannot wait order from some other place.come on man you people are throwing away your business saying to your customer go order from some other place if you cannot wait more then 1 hour. One of the worst experiences if you want a home delivery or book through their app. Living in DSO for over 7 years, they have a very careless attitude towards customers. Every time, we need to do rigorous follow up on our orders. No courtesy to inform if there could be a probable delay. Example over 2 hours of delay while we stay next building. Its nearly an hour and the grocery didnt arrive yet. It is just a matter of time, the owner needs to replace the arrogant staff. Even if competition from other supermarkets dont impact, their poor attitude and pathetic service to families will ruin. Do not expect them to be PROMPT.

Very slow delivery.always late...calling from store and saying come down..when we go down nobody and we have to wait for almost 10 min...If I order 18dh goods they are not sending it unless until they get another order from same place...what kind of service is this...really disappointed

You need to call them 20 times for someone to pick up your call. Dont try to order through whatsapp, the person whos controlling it is playing, he goes online but never read any message.

The worst market ever, 1st delivery is horrible and slow, and I’m living next to supermarket, not listening for order, 2nd I bought i fresh chicken, day after was green (maybe thats why they called themselves Green Supermarket) . Good for quick stops. A very small mart with few choices for only essentials. Has meat and produce which is a plus. Entrance can be confusing and the space inside is very tight as they have a lot of items sold in a very small space.

Do yourself a favor, do not EVER order from here. I ordered a pack of cigarettes and it took 2 hours for them to deliver it which I did not accept. It was at 3am so why so late? Its not like they are getting an influx of orders around that time. Last night I called to order again and the person over the phone who said his name was JAHINGAR simply said NO we will not deliver to you! In a very RUDE dismissive manner. I asked why not? He said because last time you did not accept the order. I said you delivered it over 2 hours late and then expect me to accept the order? And he just kept saying no we will not deliver. So what I would suggest is, until they can get some people who are educated and courteous that can do a better job in this place, do not bother ordering from this useless supermarket. There are MANY other supermarkets that are better with 24 hours and fast delivery service around such as Good Market (24 hrs), Choitrhams (24 hrs), Al Maya (24 hrs), Timeplus Supermarket, Carrefour, Naji Supermarket and many many more. Do not bother going to this place or ordering from this place and If I recall correctly, remember seeing a cockroach in its vegetable section so you can bet your life their produce isnt fresh either. Maybe fresh with bacteria.

Very rude staff!!!! Went to the store with my nephew. When I asked the guy on the counter if they had an ice cream cones (plain one) he said no. I purchased the oreo ice cream cone instead. After paying the counter, my nephew saw the box of plain ice cream cones worth 14 Dhs but dint buy it. After coming back home, my sister said if we can order the cones and have it home delivered. I called Greenpark and the same guy on the counter answered the call (I could easily recognize his voice). He immediately said they didn’t have it. So, I told him that we were just there a while ago and we saw the box of ice cream cones on top of the counter. He was persistent that it was out of stock. I explained to him what I just said. He answered, “If you were just here, then why didn’t you buy it?”. I was fuming!!!!!! That is the worst customer service I’ve ever encoutered. Never buying here again. There are so many other stores to buy from.

Overly priced and customer experience is bad especially when delivery done to home. One time delivered wrong and over charged me. When asked for the missing item the delivery guy left to get and never came back. He was also rude. So we stopped ordering from this shop completely.
