Today evening i had a bad experience with the west zone karama😔,i bought milk for 5dhs,i waited the cash counter sometime,when i was going to pay they said cant pay through card only need to pay cash if less than 7dhs! which is really strange for a big hypermarket chain in dubai,i frequently buy from spinnies, Carrefour, lulu, nesto etc.i never had this issue from anywhere ,this is really bad, and i wasnt able to buy the milk from there, i will never go to westzone anymore,think if someone is thirsty and buy juice or water from there for 5 or 6 aed, if he doesnt have cash and only card, then how he can pay that,if u have that kind of rule in ur hypermarket then u should mention it somewhere near counter

Conveniently located supermarket in Karma offering a selection of Indian, Filipino, and other Asian food specialties.

Both the 2 tender coconuts I purchased was rotten and was smelling. Even the color of the pulp was almoat red. The price of items also is high compared to other supermarkets around.

Most of the items are avance in stock. Always busy but fast service. Staff is helpful too.

Check what u buy item by item, i bought Jenan eggs 🥚 with expiry date 1/2021 to find it all ruined and having blue spots, black from inside!! Through it and they didn’t even bother themselves to change it for me! Don’t recommend at all!!! I wish i could post the pics!!! 🤢

Dont buy cut fruits from this supermarket. They aint fresh at all. I bought watermelon slices and they had puffballs on them. The manager was unfriendly. He seemed un bothered about the issue. Its like he knew they sell rotten food. The staff is friendly though.

Just want to complaint one of the staff working in westzone near burjuman metro. Her name is AILYN CADIR TALUSAN she’s very rude and her manager allow her to shout at me and tell badwords. I am still her customer why they allow cashier working in your company like that. She doesn’t have demeanor. I am asking properly and nice at her but she never replied me in a proper way. She did not even take a glance and it seems that she’s not interested on her job. She doesn’t have any respect to yell over a customer.. westzone manager please do action to your employee like this... very very very bad
