No need to explain further how horrible this branch is - from tidiness of the store, extreme delay on delivery and rudeness of the staff. For the last five years, these cause the low ratings on the reviews for them. But obviously, they do not read nor they are bothered by the customers feedback. Id try my best to order my groceries somewhere else. They are not worth the stress that I had to go through tonight.

We bought pork yesterday but it was very disappointed coz we found like worm inside the pork ...we already started to have pork curry ...we noticed that has worm in the middle of lunch .... After having that one ..i had headache and stomach pain but luckily i was okay after having medicine ... please dont try to sell that kind of products ...make sure all the products r safe for everyone Specifically frozen products ..... Please double check your pork products ... its not safe at all Dont let other people get sick ...

Dont order anything from Westzone Online Stores specially Discovery Gardens Branch.. Its my second horrible experience I ordered for breakfast items and others around 8:30 AM and No Delivery till 11:30 AM. When I call them they are just simply says we have only 1 delivery guy everyday. If they cant afford more delivery guys just cancel the online orders... And more products are not available and replaced products too expensive than the ordered one. I think its a business trick.

Extremely delayed deliveries. Last one year I have been ordering from them and it has never been delivered within 2hours. It is always beyond 4hours to deliver. This last time, I ordered at 1.48pm and received at 5PM. They dont send card machine even after mentioning, emphasizing it. The boys are lazy to go and fetch it.

Unsatisfactory and very poor service for filipina cashier!!! Today is my 3rd time rejection and not continuing my transaction due to lack of change in her cash box and forcing me to use card. It is not my problem if she doesnt have lower bills/coins!! She can always ask in the back office for a replenishment...but lazyness occurs!! And i know this kind of technique is for early-easy cash turnovers at closing...

I do not understand my order taking more than 6 hrs. And every time i call to follow up a lady by purpose answers the phone and hang up. This is really unprofessional and management meeds to do something about this. If they cannot coop with the pressure at least a bit of customer service and we do understand but not like this. I hope her manager will give a proper training for phone answering etiquette. Worst customer service everrrrrrr

All products are available in reasonable price. Meats are very fresh and tasty.

There is no negative star to convey my thoughts... Worst service.. they are promoting to use online app but not improved in home delivery.. Waiting for the order for more than 3 hours..app is good to book but whats the use if you guys are not concentrating on home delivery.. Un installed the app.. Al Madina & flavors serves better.

This particular branch need to out a reliable staff who can take orders properly and fully understand that we all value time. Calling 3 times to reconfirm an order should have been more than enough to expect that the order will be correct when delivered to the customers. Unfortunately inspite of numerous calls the deliveries are still wrong or incomplete. Such kind of staff will simply ruin the stores credibility and will surely loose regular customers. The management should seriously consider correcting such mistakes and have the right people for the job. They just dont value good customer service!!!

Supermarket in Discovery gardens. They a lot of stuffs for your dialy life. If you are living in Discovery gardens and need something very quick this is the place for it.

There are actually 2 west zone around Discovery Garden area. It has good varieties of vegetables and most of the time are fresh. The other branch is bigger, but more less has similar varieties. They have separate section if you want to buy non halal meat.

There online ordering services are not good. Almost all the times, they call and tell us something or the other is unavailable. You should just switch off those options on your online app if they are unavailable. Last time I ordered a cheese (200g), they called and told that they dont have that particular type and will send a different one. Guess how many grams of cheese i got? 500g and that too with 2 packets of different brand cheese. Also,dont ever order meat here. They probably just take out the worst pieces full of bone. I can understand if this was first or second time, but Its probably the 10th or 15th time they are screwing up the order. They take forever to deliver (min 4-5 hours). Guys, buck up if you want your online services to continue.

I always order here. But today One guy answer my call and took my order. Guy was very disrespectful and treating you like not a human at all. I called again to check a Filipina answered my call. I double check my order thank God I called again otherwise the person wont understand what he wrote. I asked the filipino who it was and she told me its her supervisor. A SUPERVISOR WHO IS VERY DISRESPECTFUL AND NOT EVEN APOLOGETIC. What kind of customer services this is westzone. You lost one customer now and I will make sure you will lose more if you didnt change your approach to customers.
