Good new branch of Lulu. Not as big as Karama hypermarkets but has all the common essentials and grocery. Not very crowded. Easy free covered parking available at the basement. Good for a quick shopping experience.

Not gud experience with supermarket bought cheftek cooker damage on very first day

I visited lulu hypermarket Al Hamriya branch with my baby. We went check refrigerator while entering and existing beep sound was coming from baby dress. We didnt purchase anything we were in empty hand. While existing again for beep sound lady security looked at us I stopped if she need check because we know its her duty she checked everything under stroller near baby on my hand she found nothing, once she made sure she said to us GO BUY. I said her dont disrespect but she came to fight said its her duty. I need to ask is it Lulu hypermarket hire security to say customer GO BUY???? (I gave 1star because to bring to attention of management)

Home delivery is pathetic as wrong orders are been delivered. Some staff are rude and unprofessional. Unhygienic food. Many products are out of stock. Cashier is careless as they overcharge and then you have to struggle to get back your money.Not recommended at all!

The marketing policy there just to robbing the customers money.The supervisor, duty manager, customer service. All useless no point to talk to them or to rise any kind of complaint. Because they cant help the customers just like a robot 🤖 what the marketing policy said they will follow it without understanding anything.

Lots of Indian kitchen spices and foodstuff available to shop. Unfortunately too much competition around as Carrefour located in Bur Juman and West zone super market located besides the metro entrance had better prices and promotions.

Good location as well as the supervisors of the store are helpful. some staffs has to be trained to be patience with tourist since i have noticed the staff being rude. the tourist might ask you a lot of questions and suggestion and try to understand their need to act accordingly.

I love this place cause i get everything i needed here and the fresh food vegetables fishes meats are too good there and you will get varieties of brand option there. It never gives a chance to miss my home whenever it comes to food.

A good store for your daily needs

I was surprised on the arrangement of the items in this hypermarket. The area was very well utilised with great layout. They have covered everything. Very fresh vegetables, fruits, fish and butchery areas with friendly staffs and enough counters to control the crowd. There is a happiness center also available along with prayer rooms and washrooms. The bakery section is amazing with very wide range of items.

Despite Government regulations to check the temp of every customer entering, you have kept a camera at the entrance but no one is behind it to monitor. I dont know how many people must have got infected by visiting your place. Such a careless act by a reputed Hypermarket like yours? I stay nearby and regularly visit, last month i complained twice to two people and after that immediately someone was standing there. But again the same happens. I have visited several times and taken photos as proof.No one even monitors the veg section, people crowd behind each other and no one cares. Only 1 girl is handling tagging in veg section leading to big queues. People then start standing behind each other. It is very very unsafe inside LULU premises for people and the risk levels are very high.I will be reporting this to the Muncipality soon. Deserves to be fined or shut down.

Lulu Hypermarket - the first and more branches based in Karama, Bur Dubai was missing out after the Exit of K M Trading from the neighborhood. And theres not much that can be said about the Lulu group. This establishment has set a benchmark on its own and others are trying all the time to emulate them. Lulu, as a matter of speaking, was around even before The MAF Group brought the concept of hypermarkets to Dubai. Interesting visit today.

Its a good supermarket that lulu has opened up in al seef and the main point is its fresh and also it has internation brands of food so that it caters to everyone and this is a good point of the company...I would recomment the supermarket to everyone as it very easy to find things and its not very crowded !!!
