Very worst service offering by lulu they are making money, selling warranty expired products, if you order online and cancel the order it will take more than a month to receive the refunds. I ordered AirPods when I went for warranty registration apple guys send an email it’s already expired in 2019 and I purchased in 2021. Lulu is using customers money for months. Make a policy for the customers as well you can order now and pay after one month is it like this?? Don’t use Any Lulu service any more.

A big Lulu Hyper Market in Karama area

I bought a water melon from Lulu Hypermarket-Karama, Yesterday (31-August-2021). It was rotten and exploded in my kitchen while cutting it! Our kitchen smells and looks like a garbage bin now!!!

Lot of shopping options available. But, my biggest grouse was the open sandy area we had to walk through to reach the entrance. Itd be much better if this could be converted to a parking lot.

Our most visited favourite place. Especially we go there for fruits, vegetables, milk and daily grocery items. Good quality and promotions are always there. Sometimes also buy cooked snacks and food items. Free parking also available there.

Lulu hypermarket in karama is good 50% only when the discount offer come otherwise no people come without discount offer to buy the items.50% is bad because even a small items price also go up even when discount offer is closed and they changed all the prices of the items and put new offer.And even at too good discount offer time when lots & lots people are coming in Lulu karama and when they finish the shopping and come to do billing but there is no person for putting items in plastic bag. All the items which customer have bought have to put it plastic bag.

Lulu Hypermarket is good store for shopping in Dubai. everything was available, at good prices not that much lowest prices and not high prices I would say lulu hypermarket has normal prices and they have alot of branched around UAE. It was nice experience with lulu.

This Hypermarket is closest to my heart.When I first landed in Dubai, I took a room in Karama, near this Lulu.Everyday I used to go there even I dont need to buy anything.Standard place, reasonable price, check for deals, good quality fruits and vegetables.Still I visit so many places, but I visit this place at least once in a month.

This place has never disappointed me. Always (approximately 5 years) found everything that was in the grocery shopping list. Highly recommended for grocery shopping. It also has ample parking.

Best market at affordable prices , gets crowded on weekends , better visit in weekdays , also there are money transfer and exchanges on ground floor ,first floor is lulu mart and many other shops providing duplicate oil perfumes

No words to say. Variety and bundle of things have same raw with different entrance. Food section, house hold section, dress section. If anybody wants to go in home country you can buy entire things from here since havingnlots of varieties over here. Also you can enjoy the kharama park which I opposite of this.

In midst of a pandemic, awareness of social distancing between people could be much better, also more sanitisers available to use. Also the sanitising of the trolleys is not done, which again is concerning if you are there for a big round of groceries. We have always sanitised our trolleys with the sanitisers we carry prior to using. Otherwise, the variety of goods is decent.

Its like an jigsaw puzzle. If u want anything find your self. There r practically less staff n also lots of Indian stuff ,sales staff of other nationals dont know that items . Less cash counters so be prepared for queues

Disliked it only because I am use to bigger Lulu Hypermarket, so found this a bit tightly packed.And being in one of the most congested area of Dubai, you can expect covid-19 restriction to be ignored be shoppers, even though Lulu follows all procedures with instructions and stickers clearly placed. But its the people. They were sticking right behind each other at the check out. I had to request the guy behind me to step back, but he took it as an insult. The same applies for their fresh food counter. So I realized people lack common sense!!!

Very good hypermarket with helpful staff. You get almost everything, like Carrefour or Spinneys, but not as tiring to shop. Newly added organic collection is also pretty good.

Do you employ bunch of coconuts as your employees??? Lady in Lulu Al Karama branch was in e-receipt checkout who gave me paper receipt when it’s suppose to be paperless, and she said “e-receipt is not yet in execution” when in reality I received e-receipt on my mobile. Poor HR and poor training.

Very rude staff. They treat you as if you are there to beg or steel. The guy standing at the entrance literally treat you like a thief. He shouted at me asking for the bill when I gave it to him. He wanted to check me. Never had an experience like this in my whole life. Got really disappointed 😞I take this an insult.

This is an all in one hypermarket. But be watchful on the products, if you fall for offers (not always though). Quality doesnt seems to be up to the mark for a wide array of products compared to carrefour.

Its easy to reach with accessible parking. But its quite big market so there is different rates and many of choices in one item which makes easy to shop.

All good but fish section to improve manpower or to organise well the team who working today ...I was ordered prones 2kg and king fish 1kg almost 30min i am standing over there in between asking about the readiness and finally i ask a bit nerves and they said not even started and I left from there in very disappointed
