I asked for food from you at a way low amount where you offered me free meals. I looked above and I prayed and I knew there are still people who do God’s work. I have been getting these delicious foods daily for the past few weeks. We are so blessed to have food from you at our doorstep. I believe what you give out to the community at this time you will get back in multiple times in return. Extremely disappointed with their service. Food is very poor in quality as well as quantity. Some days the dal sent was like a dishwater. Their delivery is never on time and the delivery boys are rude and they dont even wait for the door to be opened and throw the food on ground and run away. The customer service is pathetic. Even though they are online they ignore your msgs. Very very bad place to order your food from. I will not recommend anyone to order from this place. I hope the health and food department inspects this place. Very poor quality food

Registered for Economy Indian meal about a month ago . Food is way better than I expected and food portions are more than adequate. They provide different menu everyday. Food delivery has always been on time and havent had any complains so far. They deliver in microwavable containers which makes it even more convenient. Would definitely recommend !

Dont fall for the 4 star rating here as I did , as I am sure they created a new business account with fake reviews and original rating can be seen in their old account .Very very unprofessional team and average food quality (I could taste old oil in most curries, and in some curries they put too much oil- even if they claim they are healthy :D ). They never bring the correct items u want even after giving proper requirements 10 times, and brings the food late, especially if its dinner.. Sometimes they even forget to deliver and no one even cares. . I canceled subscription after fed up from their behavior. and its been 2 months they are lying and telling lame excuses for not refunding. All they know is to unprofessionally handle their business

Long story short - I do not recommend their services for the poor quality of food as well as customer service. I wish this could have been handled better but it was the worst experience Ive had so far. If you value your money and your gut health, take your business to someone else. For the longer version of what happened, read on.I took the one month package with DeliBite. I faced delivery issues; there were days when the meal didnt reach us at all or lunch reached after 3pm. When I raised this issue, they gave me the delivery guys number. I had to constantly call the delivery guy every other day to ensure he is coming with the food. This isnt supposed to be the customers job.In a few days, both, my partner and I started having stomach upsets. The food didnt sit well with our stomachs so I told them to stop deliveries. They have a no refund system: refund was flatly refused. AED 400 wasted. I requested them to make any other dish and send in lieu of final settlement, knowing fully well that I will still be bearing a loss, but the customer service or response rate on that request was very bad. They clearly didnt care about their customers feeling looted. I kept following up. Finally, the owner agreed to send a refund as it seemed easier and fair given that our reason for discontinuation was their food causing stomach upsets. After that agreement, there was one excuse follwed by another to avoid settlement with either options - a refund or sending replacement food. No value of their given word. I have been following up for 3 months now. I understand that it takes a long time to build a positive business image while an equally short time to ruin it but a business that is this unprofessional should not be given any more chances steal other peoples money. Yet, I tried to contact them one last time. No response. Finally, I left them a message, informing them that I plan to wait for 3 days before taking action. Still nothing.So here I am, spreading the word and hopefully saving anyone else that may fall prey to their unprofessionalism. Do not waste your money on them like I did.

Delicious and healthy Indian food, delivered daily to you in Dubai. What else can I ask for. I stayed for a month in Dubai and got a chance to try their food. They were kind enough to let me have a trial meal which tasted amazing. I subscribed to their meal for a month and was never disappointed. Never had any reasons to complain. I would recommend to everyone who is looking for a stable daily meal option in Dubai.

We had a dinner birthday party for 12, while ordered for 6 only, the food was alot and in a very good quality, I even packed for each guest to take home. The most important part for me was the food quality and each person wanted to know where did I order from, I am so thankful to them and their services. Such a good experience 😍🌹

Poor quality of food and too expensive for their monthly meals. They have very poor customer service, always delaying their deliveries by more than the hour that is agreed upon and they wouldnt even call to inform the delay. Their rotis are very stale and they charge way more than other tiffin services who provide much better food than them.We were mainly put off by their poor customer service as they dont know how to followup with a complaint by their customer.

Delivery is very bad and quantity is very very less, sometime they give one egg in sabji and sometime chapati is missing, sometime rice and sabji is very very less.Need to cordinate with lot of people for any problems, as they have very big network

I’m subscribed to the indian menu, and what I can say is good value for money and the quality of food is good as well, I can tell it’s home cooked and healthy comparing to what you get when you order from outside.Delivery time may vary depending on traffic but they always deliver.Customer service representative is excellent, he’s very flexible with me always polite and helpful.My only suggestion is they be more careful when packing, they used to miss out on 1 item from time to time but that’s been resolved after highlighting the problem, and it’s not a big deal considering everything else.Overall I would suggest this tiffin service to others, if you don’t want to go through the hassle of grocery shopping, cooking and cleaning after, plus if you don’t have the time this is perfect for you.

Im actually surprised how professional they are at the beginning but once youre reeled in you see the true service where they forget sending you meals after getting paid. If it was just once or twice I would understand but 3 times a week if youre screwing up, you need to up your game or stop biting what you cant chew. Its sad, despite a good taste to their food, their service is below average.
