Today sep 24th at 9:10 pm I went in and wanted to get the mini rolls. I asked if they will make new ones. He said it will take 45 minutes. I took my order and just 10 minutes after they brought in new ones and new flavors. This is disappointing and the lying is unacceptable. I added a photo of the new baked rolls.

It sweet and good for the breakfast while you are very hungry I guess. There are various flavors. However, at the end all of it Is baked bloated bun with high calorie.A soft, cinnamon flavoured dough is rolled and baked to perfection before being smothered with fluffy frosting. The Cinnabon Caramel Pecanbon is a decadently sweet twist on the original. A warm cinnamon roll is topped with sticky caramel sauce and crushed pecans for a sweet crunchy flavour.Friendly and polite staff.

I love to just go there and sit because of the amazing cinnamon aroma! I love their chocobon and pecan bon cinnamon rolls. Also tried the Seattles best coffee, it was good. Cant wait to go there again!

The staff named mr Christopher he is so attentive to the customers he is excellent. And the place is clean. All the staff is nice and I love their cinnamon caramel with nuts so yummy.

The staff are really good and nice. One staff named Christophere in the MOE branch is really good. Employee like him with good personality brightens up my day. My husband and I are really pleased.

I love cinnabon,they severe pure sweetness, the place is nice and looks nice the dough is good it was hot which is great , love the added caramel and pecans love their smoothies,cinnabon in all countries serve great stuff and same taste,they should have another branch since the mall is big and more in other cities since there are but they serve real good stuff, they should also serve more varieties and more new sweets cinnamon rolls sticks chhuros ,cake red velvet and all that ,they should re consider the prices and have more offers especially for employees on breaks and students

Wow such delicious taste for the choco cinabon, nice place to sit and have some thing in the go. or drink a coffee with a sweet.The atmosphere is good and the staff is so kind I would say my experence was very good here and surly I will come again .

The Cinnabon is great for desert. The waiters are very kind and the food was delicious. Overall a great experience.

I am a great fan of cinnamon but its very unfortunate to say that this particular branch of Mall of Emirates made me hate cinnamon. Three times in a row I was cheated by the staff over there who always used to lie to our enquires.Everytime they are serving reheated cinnamon even if you ask for freshly made. It was served like a hardball with cream on top.when we enquired this to the staff over he just smiled and left and came back with the bill.Never go to this branch but try other branches.

I had the Classic One with a Latte and it was really good. The price was also appropriate (22 AED for any hot drink and a mini roll that was bigger than we thought).Just the service was terrible. We had a bill of 65 AED and we gave them 200. We have been waiting for 15 minutes and they didn‘t thought about giving us the change. They have already put the money into the cash register. After we told them the second time we got our change. The next time to take away.

I am checking all the items and price of the set infront, but she give that attitude that Im not welcome to the store even I drop accidentally the frosting on top, she look at me badly. I ask her many times if they have the classic cinnabin set one but she not replied. I feel it too rude.I hope shell not do it to the other customers because its really bad and will make a persons mood ruin.

I wanna give them one star because these terrible people have given me an addiction I cant seem to kick. Ok, not these specific ones in this shop. But the crafty global empire of Cinnabon sensuality is singularly to blame for my lack of a 6 pack. What to do? Completely and frustrstingly irresistible! Take my word for it! If youve never tried one, dont. Run for your life, before its too late.

A very good treat for your taste buds .. i really like the cinnamon chocolate rolls ... they are hot and they melt in your mouth.. you cannot have just one... even if you get full you feel like having more.. But also to mention it is a very high caloric dessert..

We received an unfair customer service from Jeffreylyn of Mall of the Emirates branch. This is the second time we encounter her and gave us the same unacceptable service. This lady doesnt care about the sales and the customers. Hope the management can do something about her.
