I am regular customer of this resturent and see what does with me today the Pizza which they have delievered look like omlate, they should be ashamed how they can deliver such pizzas..over baked like papard,,i ordered chicken tikka but it looks vegitables pizza .. omlate is better then this pizza and am trying to call them but no response....bread was much hard..😡😡😡😡

The food is comparable to the other major competitors. Tried the mighty box combo and it was satisfactory. It included fried chicken, a burger and fries. Their garlic bread was awesome. Totally worth the money and the much needed change from other fried chicken outlets.

The worst fried chicken ever tried from sfc plus

If anyone is planning to order food from this outlet through any food delivery app it is a gentle warning that cancel the plan. We ordered through deliveroo around 9.30pm and the restaurant called us a ask for WHATSAPP location around 9.45. Yet they havent delivered the food even at 11 pm.When we call the restaurant it says rider is on the way where as it shows in the app that they have already delivered the food.Worst food delivery experience in Dubai so far.

We had a 9 PCs chicken bucket ...was really tasty and juicy

2021:The service has changed.- Portions are now smaller- Cold food- They cancelled their signature Salad BarNow the food experience is different.I used to eat at this place every time Im nearby since 2013This is my last visit since they cancelled the salad bar.2018:Nice place inside food court. Such horrible experience have never felt with any other restaurants . Ordered their food via Deliveroo ,been one and an half hour food haven’t reached yet . Called the restaurant they are blaming Deliveroo app , had a live chat with Deliveroo customer agent that was yet another disaster as the guy was clueless about anything . So humble advice if you are looking to order online and starving to death please don’t order from here yes you can if you Wana throw off your frustration at someone please refer him this place ,will be the best revenge .

The chicken was tasty, buns were soft, sauces and coleslaw was great only problem was my drink tasted awful, my sprite tasted like carbonated water
