Not easy to find and rather empty. I’ve been there couple of times and always have the same impression: old and dirty. Last time my shoes almost glued to the dirty floor. Sofas and chairs need renovation and deep deep cleaning is recommended. Route 66 burger quite average and very oily, my friends were more happy with original version. Shakes always make good job.

I dont know what happened to this place,, it looks lime a post war scene inside with worn out seats etc. Although the food is still good but it has definately gone down in quality... soggy buns, no more bottomless drinks... Sad scene...used to love this place. I hope they get better soon😑

Burgers are good but you need to order with double patties. Shakes are great ... and thats it. Place is old. Sofas falling apart leaving red paricles on you, floor was sticky, neons not working like in horror movie ;)

Lovely staff, really great and friendly, the food was pretty good too. But the best part is, this place is probably the quietest place in the mall, you know, one where you can enjoy a cup of coffee at a reasonable price away from all the noise in the mall.

The I ordered the smoke house burger which supposedly has onion rings and guess what? As in the image I took you can see they put a SINGLE ring of onion.. I was shocked for that.. I think there is no need to elaborate further.

Friendly service, tasty food! The arcade outside is noisy, but walking into the diner it is quiet instantly! The chilli fries arent very Chili. But the Houston burger is pretty spicy if you like it that way! Route66 has mushrooms and is delicious!

Today i went there and i saw inside the fries hair , i called the manager her reaction was normal plus she was the one who is putting the fries and cooking without putting anything on her hair , am really embarrassed with the poor service they are providing recently.

An all-American diner concept at the mall’s arcade, Magic Planet, just above the Level 2 Food Court.I generally enjoy Johny Rockets, however the service was totally off in my recent visit here, with not so very friendly staff.We ordered two of their burgers, small in portion especially considering that they are priced a bit on the higher end.Their burgers aren’t bad, but you’ll find better options elsewhere with appropriate pricing.

Ordered delivery 3 burgers and 3 fries and onion rings. Fries came wet and soggy. No condiments with the food no ketchup no paper tissues no fork no knife .....only the burgers and fries!!! Never again...at the end the bill is 65$ for burgers at least we should have condiments.At the end i got phone call back offering me free french fries when i go back to JR 🤦‍♂️🤦‍♂️🤦‍♂️keep for yourself no thank you

Worst branch ever. Smells like they are using very old oil there. The shop was absolutely empty, but we had to wait for more than 20 min until they finally start making our food. I would rate them negative star if this was possible. Never will eat at JR anymore.

The ambience of the entire place was terrible. there were only two people working - one cashier and one cook. the cashier was rude and i couldnt understand anything she was saying. the burgers were also below average. totally disliked it and do not recommend it to anyone

As said before, no smile no interest. I asked which ones are the top sellers the lady suggested the original, which is the first burger of the list. It is small and tastes absolutely NOTHING. The beef has no taste. Its really small. I can say for sure BigMac is tastier.

Poor service, no smile, no interest. Food is overpriced and I would say not good. Ordered Houston burger with jalapeno - the only nice thing was jalapeno in it, bit even it was too much in vinegar. So I assume that ingredients they are using is cheap. Music boxes they have are not working.

Im no longer eating here! New management seem to have changed the suppliers. Ate there on Friday & this was one of the worst burgers Ive had in my life & I eat burgers weekly at least & from every. Meet is dry yet somehow its dripping off fat & the new buns are horrible...

One of the best Burgers available in town... patties are so juicy, vegetables are so fresh, sauses are awesome... All ingredients together make an amazing burger... smoothies too are worth trying...they have special kids meal options... Located inside Magic Planet... Your kids can enjoy fun games and then you all can munch at johnny rockets....

I had ordered burgers to-go last night and paid additional for extra cheese and extremely disappointed when I found out later there was no cheese at all. No cheesy fries, no cheese in burgers, I felt cheated :(

On this day I have requested for home delivery from call centre which thy say the delivery within 45 minutes, after 15 minutes from ordering the food thy call me from MOTE to reconfirm my order which I did. Again after 25 minutes thy call me to inform me that thy dont have my order !! And I need to reorder !

Location is a bit obscure. And very noisy since its in the middle of the arcade. Food is good though.
