I have been to TGI Fridays last day to try their new menu. I mean it is a sin to miss TGI Fridays new menu.TGI Fridays have been recognised as a prominent eatery in the world, and their new menu is nothing less than exceptional. I have tried Tennesse Chicken Bites (5/5), Twisted Chicken and Cheese pasta (5/5), Mushroom Chicken Mushroom (5/5), Blackberry Margarita Shaker (5/5) and Tripple Berry Smoothie (5/5). Everything served to me was extraordinarily delicious, and Tennesse Chicken Bites literally stole my heart.The staffs were absolutely amazing and friendly. They will guide you through the new menu asking your taste recommendations nd suggesting the one that suits your palette.I hereby testify that their new menu is super duper delicious. Go and try it today!

Great food, great service, nice place.

It is bad!Too expensive ( ordered one cowboy burger and it costs me 59 dirhams ! And one pepsi it costs me 17 dirhams !! )When i ordered pepsi , they waiter gave it to me from the Pepsi Machine without asking me if i would like it from the machine or as normally served from the Can . It tastes very bad and when i asked him , he said yes we have from the Can but normally we are serving from the machine ! ( i wonder how!! )The burger Sandwitch as you can see in the photo looks Amazing , it shapes very well , every ingredients are placed very well , the bread is also shinning , a piece of thick burger with one bacon , lettuce , tomato with fried onion on top of all.However when you start the first bite , you will find that every thing tastes very bad or tasteless at all!The burger very very fatty oily and its totally tasteless to the extent that i havent finished half of it!The fries are very normal.. Nothing special!So i would title the overall experience as All look brilliant but All are tasteless .Finally , I dont recommend that place , at least in trying their burgers.

Five stars for TGI Fridays! Great food in a great ambiance in a great location served by great staff. Their Spiral Potato Twisters are a must-try and good for sharing.

Had a steak asked for medium well got almost rare? They asked to cook longer but nothing worse than putting same steak on grill not very professional. Dont order steaks from here. I still ate it cause hate to waste , Staff was amazing.

A place to head for good American food.Ambiance:TGIF has a casual chilled out atmosphere with dim lights, and comfy seating. It provides a vibrant look with the decor and the staff was extremely friendly and cheerful. For birthday celebrations, they surely do make it special by their unique way of celebration with song and dance! The branch is quite spacious so no worries for not getting a table or waiting in queues for your turn.Bite Board:1. Whole Lotta Chocolate [AED 45]: The magnificent beast of a milkshake arrived, towering tall with two accessories, one being a classic chocolate brownie and the other a lovely little chocolate donut. The glass itself was adorned with Hershey’s kisses and Maltesers. Not to forget the very generous serving of whipped cream to complete it which was oh so fresh and delightful!Aah what a treat to the eyes. The serving is plentiful and very filling. We shared it amongst a group of six people and were still full. So you can imagine the richness of the shake now.2. Friday’s Platter [AED 69]: This allows you to get three appetizer dishes along with three sauces of your choice. A very good option when going in groups to try a variety of food.We ordered the Mozzarella Sticks, Mac & Cheese, and Memphis BBQ Sliders and the dips were Marinara, Ranch and Cheese Sauce.The BBQ sliders had braised beef, spicy horseradish and cheddar cheese sandwiched between waffle fries. The waffles were crisp and complemented the meat. However, we could not find any traces of the cheese visually or in taste. So it was a heavy dose of BBQ overall. A recommendation for all those fans of BBQ food out there.Mac & Cheese were presented in the form of bites with bacon as a topping. This dish let us down because it did not meet our expectations and was an average tasting dish. We felt the pasta was overcooked and the cheese was not enough to bring out the flavors of the dish. The bacon on the other hand was done to perfection!Mozzarella Sticks were crisp golden fingers loaded with cheese. These are to die for! Fabulous cheesy goodness bundled in a crispy outer coating.Now on to the dips; we found them to be disappointing because they were not fresh and thus did not go well with the food either. The ranch sauce was scaling on the extreme sour side; while the cheese seemed to have been gone bad. The marinara sauce seemed to be the only option to go with.Service:We were offered a good service by the staff. They were patient enough for us to decide our orders.Cash Outflow:We decided on cashing out our Dining District vouchers thanks to Eatwithmena for tasting the new menu.We found it value for money due to the vouchers we had but the shake is definitely worth spending. Otherwise, on a normal day the prices does tip on the expensive side of the scale.Circling Back:We will be coming back to try out the other shakes and main courses next time!

Fridays are good to eat for steak.. we have ordered steak,ribs,wicked chicken and burger.. the taste was excellent esp my hubby liked the ribs.. French fries are so tempting with the sauce... the staffs are so good with smiling face.. a great dinner after a long time..

Went on friday .. the corn was of not good quality and steak was not what i expected ... btw pasta was the best

...the TGIF Al Ghurair is the best one out of all the branches I visited so far. Food,ambiance and staffs is superb! However Jillian surpassed other staffs since he is very attentive and he always smiles that will keep reminding you that he will be there to assist you to make sure that you are enjoying you food. Great Job!

Good casual atmosphere

Food is quite expensive for the amount that they’ll serve you. The server clean up the table even if we’re not yet done eating. There was like half of the mac n’ cheese left and he cleaned it up. Servers are not so friendly and they even charge more for an extra sauce which most of other good restaurants doesn’t do. You pay the name here, not the food. 1.5 out of 5 for the food.

TGIF DCC - Food was great but disappointed with their Smiles voucher system. We managed to purchased 2 vouchers in Etisalat smiles app but was not able to redeem having system errors

Food is great as usual! Service was also cool. Staffs were all smiling and they make you feel you are important. I would have given a 4 star but since MARIA is stunningly funny, I give this place a 5 star! Keep up the awesome job guys 👌🏽

Just ate at TGIF waterfront, Sharjah branch which is normally our go to since it’s close to our house. I found a hair in my appetiser- signature potato twister- as soon as we started eating, and the manager, Rosa, refused to believe it was her staff’s. My friend has red hair and I’m a dark brunette (both of us have our hair in buns) whereas the hair was blonde and curly. She said we could check all her staff (firstly, I believe we’re currently going through a COVID-19 period and no one was wearing hairnets or gloves) and said it’s not possible to cancel the order. Two minutes later a waitress with the same hair type passed by. When we called Rosa back to complaint she spoke rudely, insisted that the waitress was on break, got another waiter to back her up and belittled us. After we insisted we didn’t want another plate and would like it canceled, she said she’d see what she can do about it then said, “if your food gets cold then..” leaving her sentence with that almost as if to say it’s not her concern. Didn’t finish the food as the customer service was HORRID. No responsibility taken, rude behaviour and Rosa spoke in a demeaning manor. Extremely disappointed as this has never happened before. Will change my mind if I’m ever craving their food again.

Been to this place once or twice. Tried their Signature Mojito, Buffalo Wings , Texas Chilli Cheese Burger, Country Fried Chicken and Blackened Alfredo Pasta. Have to say the quality and the quantity of the food is good but overall food tasted average except the wings. It tasted better than the other things that i ordered.Ambience: This place is a comfortable seating and nice atmosphere. A nice family kind of place.Service: The service was quick - the staff is friendly as well.Food: The food here is more or less average. It is tasty but does not really stand out. Still a good eat out spot.Location: The location is prime but no parking. I hope they sort that out somehow.Recommendations: The place is worth trying but cant really say if Ill keep going there for more to be honest.

My first visit. I tried Fajita with Beef Chicken and Spanish rice. Meat fire grill was juicy and tasty. Worth the price.

Its a nice place to have a various type of American food items, And also verity of fresh juices available in this restaurant. The service of the crew of waters is friendly and efficient. Inside of the restaurant is very calm and pleasant. it is an quite expensive restaurant whereas the quality of foods is highly.

Fridays is a good place to eat steak. The staff is very friendly and courteous. I ordered my steak medium and thats how it came. The side dishes were also very good and I will certainly eat there again.

Eating outside was nice.The service was excellent..The crews especially the store manager were very friendly.He won’t hesitate to come visit your table and ask how is everything.Will not even bother his crews to come and clean up the table for him while he was talking to us, he said we are a team. So we need to help each other.”I salute you sir.This is not the first time we visited and I would surely recommend this restaurant always. It’s the phrase saying… you get what you pay for.

I had lunch with my family at fridays deira city centre. The food was so delicious..The service not so attentive. But one server ( khalid),a gentleman which was not the designated server for our table was so good..I highly recommend him

Had been to this place last night. It was quiet busy. We had ordered a appetizer potato twisters which was showing 39aed in the menu and they charged my 46aed. I dont know why they did that. Also the prices in the menu where inclusive of VAT but still 5% VAT was added to the final bill. This is cheating. Hope they dont do this to others .

Been in TGIs All over the world and this Im afraid is the worst Ive been in. The staff are friendly enough but the food was not up to usual TGI standard. Meal 1 Ribs were oversized undercooked and first piece of meat tasted peculiar, as if the meat was off. Waitress said that it must have been a different cow and they took the rack away and replaced with another which was better but couldnt eat it as I still had the bad taste from the first bite . Meal 2 the steak was tough and tasteless, vegetables were poor, mash ok, best part was the mint sweet with the bill. Got an apology but not really enough as meal experience was spoiled and nearly all food was not eaten. 300 AED wasted in my opinion.
