This was our first visit at Johnny Rockets but it was a good one. We tried the Veg Burgers & American fries . The burgers were very fresh and well presented. The staff is also very polite and friendly.Will come again to try other veg options

I love this place, it is conveniently in a centre where I can shop and secondly they have a variety of burger and fries, if you don’t like burgers, you can have their fries. My personal favorite on their menu is the beef bacon cheese fries and their milkshakes. Their milkshakes are to die for! Keep working hard guys!

I was there today with my family to get our favourite burger , but im shocked , when we entered all staff was busy with their phones and the supervisor juliana who suppose to monitor them she was without her mask drinking coke at the cashier (can u imagine ) , after that she grabs our fries and put it in the fryer.the staff who took our order she didnt sanitize her hands .the guy who suppose to make our burger he touches his nose with the gloves and continue his work .This is Sad and disguisting .im asking management to check the cctv plz ASAP and take action .Anyway i CANCELED our order and we went to fuddruckers.

My new fave place to get a truly tasty burger. I had the smoke house and it was amaaazing! The staff are very friendly as well. Only setback is that the diner has limited space on the inside. However it is worth noting that they do have outdoor seating and chairs inside the mall as well (not just inside the diner).Overall, it is a nice and decent place for anyone who would like to satisfy their burger cravings! 😉

To start with there is no place for people of more than 3 to dine in the restaurant, instead they have tables scattered inside the mall so it’s more or less gives you vibes of dining in a food court. People walking by everywhere while your having your food. Burgers didn’t come with fries have to order it as an extra. The burgers 🍔 tasted good and were fresh. Ordered a kids meal and the portion turned out to be a slider with a few chips thrown on the side 👎🏼. Shakes tasted generic nothing extraordinary. Recommended only if you want to grab a quick bite.

Allan was amazing with his managerial and serving skills. He was short-staffed, yet provided great service and the burgers with milkshake were amazing! Seating is restricted so takeaway is recommended.

The staffs are extremely friendly and attentive. However, the dining place along with the food was not upto expectations.

Good burger. Above average for sure. This is a fast food joint so dont expect much. Price and value are pretty good. Service was above average and friendly. Would be visiting back for sure.

One of the best burger place!

Food was delicious as always but only one person was on duty. It took 35 minutes to get served. Then he was too busy to prepare our bill. We added up the amount due and left the cash on his counter. Server did the best he could under the circumstances. Clearly a management failure.

My experience at Johnny Rockets was outstanding. The burgers and fries were outstanding. I loved the juiciness of the burger. However, the thing that stood out the most in being the best was the milkshakes that they had. It completely refreshed me as I took my first sip of their milkshake. One thing I would like to add is the price of the food at the restaurant. Other than that, the restaurant is really good and I suggest you go.

Food was nice. Based within a small mall which was practically empty. Good for a quick bite.

Its Saturday, 1.30pm, and Weve waited for 15min for the one and only employee to finally tell us that he doesnt have beef burgers anymore... Makes sense for a Burger place! What a joke.

Their Burger kept its taste over the last 15 years since I first tasted it.. They are also on the entertainer so u can take good deals for two ...

Burgers and Milk Shakes... best combo. It appears like the size of the burger has come down since I last had it couple of years ago. Nevertheless same great taste.

Consistency is the hardest thing to achieve in F&B. So congrats JR for making consistently great burgers for the last 20 yrs! Those old tunes are part of the experience too - and if you REALLY wanna treat yourself you must try the Peanut Butter Milkshake 😱 Its.to.die.for.

The first time I have tried their burger was in 2000, it was Number 12, and i fell in love with the JR . I still years their old shop just opposite the current one :) the current shop is good, but it does not have the flair of the original one :)

Easy to park and walk in. No waiting and fast food with good service. Great menu. Could do better with outdoor seating like others next door.

Johnny Rockets takes me back into an era I have seen much of in classic Hollywood flicks, Pop Tates from Archie Comics and the likes.I absolutely adore this space. They have nailed it to the letter. Awfull staff I went to this restaurant today 4 of May 3pm i used the groupon voucher They try to trick me saying that apart of the voucher I had to pay an extra 20 uae due to I order 2 large meals and the offer only includes regular size( when at the beggining they told me I could order any without an extra cost.) anyway i checked the menus an the different between regular size and large is just 5 so in that case should be 10 extra i told to the lady and she told me that 10 was fine then she took the money and she did not even put in the cash machine... I do not think that money was going to go to the restaurant and I do not know how this restaurant have people like that .

Its Johnny Rockets.... i mean you cant hate the place since we all grew up at a time loving this place. But recently i guess the hype just went down and they are not really doing anything to compete in the market. If they keep this up this place place will close down within the next 5 years
