Very bad customer service. The guy who served us used his bare hands. Our order was cold. They put the fries directly on the tray. They even got angry with us for compalining. Very rude.

Very bad .. being a veggie I have ordered veg. Burger .What i received is the same but with the same texture and taste of meat . .. the people over there didnt think of explaning the thing also .. and the call center also not good ..My question ❓ to burger king ...iam a pure veg and I dont want meat 🍖 taste .. if I want meat then I will order the same ...Not having a veg burger 🍔 ... Poor ..Zero ... Taste and responsibility towards customer and the prize also...21.without fries 🍟..too good

Burger King is always a great place to visit cause only one fast food place is where u get panner burger.But recently I have had 2 issues which needs improvement for sure , hygiene standards to be looked at very important and the other is preparation for an order reading the special instructions.Both the issues are very critical and need serious improvement.The food no doubt it’s a value for money and honestly taste is better than the others.

Foods ok. Cant complain most of the time. Same as any other burger king joint.. wish they would ask how would you like your burger.. rather than burning the burgers at times. Hardees is better.

Absolutely disgusting. Burger was cold, French fries were not fresh, meat was also not fresh, service was slow, and to top it all off, I was sick after eating the food. I should have followed my first instincts by heading to the trash, empty the content on the tray, then jump in my car down to McDonalds. I know its fast food, but I am insulted by the fine in restaurant price from fast food joint giving below par food.Terrible.

It has delicious burgers. It also has delicious desserts. But if you have a diet you can order chicken salad with Italian sauce.
