Me and my friend had such a lovely experience dining here. The staff were super attentive. They were very accomodating to our requests, vegan and no dairy. Thoroughly enjoyed the food and the service. Such good value for money.

Really impressed with the quality of food here. Not only was it well presented but it was really well prepared. I highly recommend the lamb shank it was literally falling of the bone. I love a good pizza and thats predominately what its known for but I fancied something a bit different and was not disappointed at all! Salads where fresh and tasty and the calamari starter I had was melt in the mouth. Highly recommend if your out and about in the mall!

I was out with my daughter and we had a very good experience dining in 800 Degrees. I had the Broccoli for starter and it had a nice touch of chili. For main we tried the Hawaiian pizza and Butternut squash Ravioli, both tasted excellent, especially the pizza that was made in a wood burning oven. We finished off with the Tiramisu which was moist and flavorsome, which was a nice change to the often too dry Tiramisu restaurants serve.

Amazing food. Burratas with beef carpaccio are must have dish. Big, delicious and creamy they are a taste sensation.Staff and service was very good, polite and friendly. There is in door and outdoor(in the mall) seating and the atmosphere with all the other restaurants around is vibrant and warm. I started with meatballs in a marinara sauce and I have to say I could have eaten much more of them. The sauce was seasoned to perfection and I found the tenderness of the meat was good. For protein lovers you should try this. I also ate chicken wings which are new to the menu. Again nicely cooked with chicken coming off the bone easily with an outer crisp coated in a chill type sauce. The fried calamari was good, could maybe be seasoned a little better but again the balance of crisp, tenderness, taste and portion size was spot on. Very good indeed.Very impressed with the food, the quality and the price of what I ate. 1000% worth a try.

They delivered a burnt pizza. What’s even worse they don’t want to refund it. Terrible customer service. Had a similar experience few months back with them but decided to give them a second chances.

I visited this restaurant before going to the cinema as it is ideally located next to Vox at the Mall of the Emirates. The staff were really attentive, the food was lovely and the menu choice is great. I would definitely recommend this restaurant for a casual dinner or lunch.

Nice Italian dinner with a vast selection of choices, all at very reasonable prices. The service staff were friendly, attentive and went out of their way to accommodate my cheese allergy by removing it upon my request from 1 of the new specials which was the risotto. We tried the chicken wings which had a very flavoursome marinade, broccoli with chilli, vegetable pizza ( probably my favourite as the vegetables were very fresh and cooked to perfection) shrimp risotto and Nutella pizza for desert- all were great. If I visited again the only thing I would perhaps change would be to ask for less sugar in the fresh pomegranate soda drink but apart from that it was delicious. I would recommend anyone to try this restaurant out next time you are visiting the mall of the emirates.

We were invited to dine in at 800 Degrees, located right next to Vox Cinema at the Mall of the Emirates. 800 Degrees Neapolitan Pizzeria is one of the best traditional & authentic Italian pizza restaurants in Dubai. It’s quite a huge place with plenty of seatings indoors aw well as outdoors too.They had a big open kitchen & cooking stations where you can get your pizza or pasta Customised as per your choice of sauces & toppings & they will bake it in the brick oven, right in front of you.Now, coming back to food ...They served us the freshly baked Ricotta Cheese Bread, stuffed with olives, sundried tomatoes & rosemary. It was really amazing.Then, we ordered....- Meat balls..... baked in wood over ... topped with tomato sauce, Parmesan cheese & oregano. Taste delicious.- Meat Lasagna .... filled with loads of mince meat & cheese.- Margarita Pizza.... with some pepperoni on top. ... Taste was just ok for us...- Lamb Shank.... the best among all what we ordered.To sum it all .... the service was good & the staff was friendly... a recommendable place

Had a lovely time with my family at 800 degrees. The Carnie pizza 🍕 was to die for!! Which was topped off by the tiramisu 😋!! Staff were always on hand being as helpful as they could be!!Gotta say this was a win win in terms of food and service!Definitely will be coming here again!!

Good location at MOE - it’s near the cinema and just a level up from the walkway towards the metro so it’s very accessible.This is perfect for a relaxed sit-down dinner with friends and family just before the movie starts. Maybe sit inside the restaurant as the outside part can get a bit noisy because of the number of people passing by.Portion sizes are quite big so it needed two people to finish ricotta cheese bread and risotto al funghi porcini 😅 was struggling to finish the tiramisu but then I have to have my dessert 😋😋Staff is very friendly and accommodating and kept asking us if we needed anything else.This is one of those restaurants that you’ll keep coming back to so you could try other items on the menu. I already know what I’m having next - the seafood risotto 😬

Decided to try out this place for lunch while passing by vox cinemas. I ordered the fire feta cheese bread which was so delicious. Being a fan of both cheese and chilli, I really enjoyed this one! For my main, I decided to go for pesto pasta with chicken. The portion was so big; definitely perfect for sharing. Planning to try out their pizzas the next time Im in the area ;)

The service was good and the staff friendly. They don’t mind explaining the entire dish to you. Not sure if it was the choices we made or the food just lacks taste. Our experience was just average.

What I didnt like was tge service , the waiter was in a hurry at tge same time he kept offering more and more foid even when we told him we are done and tgats all we want . The food was ok . We got it in no reasonable order , The main course before tge salad ,though they brought the kids food fast which is good. And the salmon salad tasted really old dont order.

Yep the pizza 🍕 is good 😊 Prepared in a 360 degree open kitchen theyve got an extensive menu with small, medium, large and gluten free. Theres a variety of other Italian dishes that keep 800 Degrees close to their Italian roots. MOE is super busy always a good sign but the service is prompt and professional. Also visited their Bur Juman Centre branch which has quite a different atmosphere with friendly staff and a front garden, especially nice this time of the year. If you prefer to order for home delivery theyve also got a handy app available on the AppStore and GooglePlay. Look for 800degreesme. Loyalty card is just AED 10 for points that can be redeemed for food orders. Long established 🇺🇸 franchise that deserves good reviews. Well done 800 degrees we will be back for more! 👉🏼💯

800 Degrees is definitely one of those places I like to go over and over again. Very accessible at any time of the day (and evening) close to the cinema in Mall of the Emirates. I usually go there for lunch (alone or with colleagues) and I always like to try new options, especially now that they renewed the menus. The beef carpaccio and burrata are my favorite, soft and tasty like in Italy. Additionally, if you are very hungry and the starters are not enough, I suggest the Pollo al Forno!!! Tender and yummy. And of course, a single espresso at the end of the meal is a must :) Bon Appetit

This company should close , not matching Dubai standard.Ordered pizza for family lunch at 12:38 , delivery never happened.Customer service keeps saying sorry , thanks for your understanding.They said please check the quality of the pizza when you receive as it spent 2 hours on the road under 40° , then they said we will give it for free, how can you offer a rotten pizza for free and which is not delivered yet while you asked the customer before to check the quality.Anyway, wrong experience , bad customer service and do not recommend this place for delivery as my daughter was starving at home waiting for that pizza to be delivered.

I dont’t know about you, but this place gets me drooling everytime I pass by!! Food portions are huge so make sure you are extremely hungry before you go , I have ordered different dishes since i’ve been there several times and everytime their food puts a smile on my face! I love it! Service is fast, staff are friendly and food is fantastic, what more can you ask for after a long shopping spree :)))

Great spot by the cinema in the mall. Lovely server Gail, talked us through the menu (were quite indecisive and there is a huge amount of choice)Ended up with the sharing platter of aracini balls and calamari which was a nice starter.We then had one of the customisable pizzas (you can choose from 3 bases including a gluten free option, and a multitude of toppings) Also had the pasta carbonara which again was a great size.The pizza was good, could have done with a tad more cheese but maybe thats my preference. The pasta was a good portion size too.For desert...one of the waiters recommended the tiramasu and it was a great choice, although a huge portion and great finish to the meal.

The only good thing was the pizza crust. And now we’re thinking to go to another restaurant because we cannot complete our meal🤮

The food is good, and the restaurant was good as well but now, unfortunately service is slow, even if you’re ordering simple dish as for example the soup. Waiters and management as per their behavior don’t feel to be responsible, simple “sorry” word is not even known by them. Well, nothing is for good.

Visited here for lunch! I loved my seafood risotto and I was very happy with the portion size since it is perfect for sharing :) they have good concept of choosing your own prefence of toppings for pizzas too! Thumbs up!

Great Taste & Customized pizzas

Dont order from this place unless you want to sray hungry or eat cold hard pizza after almost 2 h of delivery. Their lines are always busy so dont try calling. Order from Pizza Pazza they never disappoint.

Very bad experience, we made an order and we dont receive it yet after two hours. No one is answering regarding the update of my delivery. This is just not acceptable at all. I dont recommande this address!! Which kind of food I will receive after two hours and under 45 degres.Thanks for the customer service for the bad service.

They are unfortunately playing cheap!We ordered a pizza from the major pages in their menu with nice pictures and so on. We were asked: thin or regular?We were surprised while receiving the bill, that we have to pay extra for the thin one.It is not about the 7 Dirhams but about attitude. The manager told us that this is mentioned on a different page with smaller font with no reference to the main page.If I order a pizza, I will not study the menu for 30 minutes about possible legal exemption.It is definitely my last visit to 800. By the way, the pizza was ok, but not wow.

Pizza wasnt even warm. It just looks like is fresh buy the ingriedents were cold. Definitely not pizza straight from the oven, rather 10s in the microwave.

Great location next to Vox cinema in MOE. Spoilt for choice when looking at the menus so a friend and I ordered starters to share. I highly recommend the arancini and the ricotta filled bread! Both were so delicious it’s difficult to chose a favourite. Pizza’s were 🙌🏽🙌🏽! Really attentive staff despite being really busy. We’ll be visiting again.

I do not think the place deserves any stars, So I am not using any stars! oh ..the system gave it one star !!!!, the quality of service was way below standard cutleries were taken from the table after we sat down and I am lift with none, I have to ask for some !!then the food came... very disappointing the chicken was undercooked barely marinated and it really stinks... over all very disappointing experience...800 degrees you just lost 2 customers forever.

Today I visited the MOE branch, we ordered spaghetti bolognese and pollo pizza, when asked the classic hows your meal? By the manager, I answered honestly, the bolognese has zero flavour, in fact its like eating wet paper. Manager answered he could get me a new one but I wasnt willing to try and see if they would get one of the simplest recepies wrong again.Later the bill came, and even though the spaghetti remained un-eaten, i was slapped with full price. So now Im leaving 150aed poorer with an equally empty stomach but with more of a bitter taste in my mouth.Very dissapointed with my visit to this restaurant today.

One of the best italian restaurants in dubai, hats down. Food is great , very well presented and very delicious from the Italian pizza, soup and salads all the way to desserts ( . The location is comfortable in Moe and the staff were so attentive and friendly we will definitely be returning. The best choices for me where the seafood fruti de mare pizza and the tramisu dessert which is the best I have tried till now in whole of Dubai.

One of the worst experiences ever, my friend and I ordered the chicken dish as recommended by the waitress, 30 mns later my friend was served and started having his meal, I had to wait 15 more mns to get mine, we both stopped eating after the third bite as the chicken taste & smell were horrible, we complained to the waitress... nothing happened so we spoke to her boss again nothing we went all the way inside to the manager and explained how disappointed we are and again nothing happens and that was my first and last visit to that shamefu place!

This is your place!So I went for a date with my 3.5yr old little boy who can be a fusspot at times.Kids menu is very varied with pizza, pasta or chicken tenders (proper chicken btw) and wedges with a drink and gelato is around 40/50dhs. You also get a cool fan toy that brought immense joy to my son. a great way to keep them entertained while our food arrived! 😋Ample space for strollers and proper harnessed high chairs - A BIG PLUS FOR WRIGGLY TODDLERS.We shared a starter of the ricotta cheese bread stuffed with olives and sun dried tomatoes. Huge portion - we took half of this home with us for a midnight snack!I had the Porcini Fettuccine which was perfect! Mushroomy and creamy and comfort on all levels... adored this.LO had the chicken children’s meal which he loved and intermittently also enjoyed some pasta from me. He was hungry that night!! Oh and caramel gelato!A brilliant family friendly eatery with a great kids menu, attentive staff (they kept our food warm without being asked when halfway through the meal my son needed to go the loo 🙄). It’s varied, well priced and has good sized portions!Can’t wait to come back!

Omg best burrata mozarella and Pizza!!!yesterday I went (Romina ) and my work buddy Maurizio to 800 degrees Pizza for lunch. The service was so friendly and quick. Woow and the food so delicious its so hard in Dubai to find Burrata Mozarella but 800 degress in Mall of Emirates just have the best one. And the pizza was so authentic once you tooka bite you felt you are in Italy so delicious..... With 4 pizza chefs behind the counter, a half empty resultant, you would expect pizzas to be flying out. Instead you have to wait 30 minutes for your order to arrive. The pizza base is OK but nothing to shout about. Will I be coming back here.....never.

Naaaaah.. this usually a good chain, but this one is on the bottom of the list. Bad service, no management , wrong order, food came without silverware or plates ... do not recommend at all

I have to say, I didnt want to leave a public review without first reaching out to 800 Degrees to share my experience (I did ask them on twitter to give me information to share my experience with them privately, I got no response - great customer service!).So firstly a bit of background, I have visited multiple 800Degrees in California and always had an amazing experience and I would say its my favourite pizza experience and my first choice. I have visited only 1 800 degrees in UAE, and I have to say ITS THE WORSE EXPERIENCE I HAVE HAD. Its totally different to California, firstly the experience of seeing the pizza been made is not a thing in the UAE. Secondly I was asked 5 times in the space of 5 minutes if they could take my order, we hadnt even read the first page of the menu - it because awkward after the second time. The sense of organisation was none existent however I have to say the staff were very nice.Eventually when the pizza came I expected my thin and crispy to be you know, thin and crispy - it came crispy at the edges with a slip of liquid in the middle with no real wood fired pizza feeling.Very Disappointed to say the least, avoid this place in UAE. Save the experience for California as the two are WORLDS APART.
