Take away concept from the warehouse. The fried chicken is highly recommended loved every bite off it. The beef burger was excellent. The chicken bites and classic burger wasnt that up to the mark. But i highly recommend the fried chicken try it out if u havent done so.

Heartbreaking to discover a staple for so many people has drastically changed.Portion sizes, seasoning and delivery timings have become unacceptable.I dont even mind the wait, but it came cold and soggy. Since over 6 years this was consistently the best southern fried chicken in town. It now has me finding a new fried chicken place.I had sent an email to management but have not received a reply which is a shame since I genuinely cared for them.

Just now recieved an order from boutique kitchen al quoz branch through zomato.The order was delivered at 1.30pm and I had ordered at 11.50 am.The pepperoni pizza was completely soggy and wetThe chicken was dryFrench fries were moistEven after being so hungry we couldnt get ourselves to eat this.Having to go out for food now.Give this one a miss!!

We had a large delivery yesterday for my sisters party at our house. The food was really underwhelming to be honest. The worst part about our order was the fried chicken. The chicken was as hard as a rock, filled with bones, and was not enjoyable. I can’t believe I’m saying this but I would’ve preferred KFC chicken over what we had yesterday. I would give this restaurant a 1 star but the the fries were decent and the burgers were average. Overall, I would personally not order from this restaurant again.

Went in to Cafe Rider in Al Quoz and while we were ordering from the menu were informed that the food, as part of a collaboration, is outsourced from The Boutique Kitchen as:A) They are nearby, B) They make good American food but dont have as much seating space in their restaurant as Cafe RiderWe were a bit shocked when they told us the food will take approximately 30-40 minutes. Not wanting to go somewhere else, we placed the order and then ordered our beverages from Cafe Rider and started looking about their Custom-built collection of Motorcycles and Corvettes on display. (Writing a blog on the same)To our pleasant surprise, the food arrived in approximately 20 minutes. Hot, fresh and well worth the wait. Everything from the packaging to the taste was exquisite.The pulled beef burger was deliciously cooked to perfection plus had a good balance between the sweetness of the pulled beef and the sharpness of the Dijon mustard. We also ordered a side of Mac & Cheese which was hugely portioned and was good to eat something that did not come out of a ready-to-eat-box. The LA burger was humongous in size and the meat tasted like the perfect American dream burger albeit a bit on the healthier side topped with fresh avocados and juicy tomatoes.All in all, it was a complete American experience worthy of a long review.-- A drop of ink may make a million think.@AyaashPaw

This is the last time I order from here, this is very unfortunate as they use to have really good food, but they dont really pay attention to any details.Last time we ordered a salad that said had pine nuts in it and guess what? No pine nuts.My major problem is with the buffalo chicken sandwich, sometimes they put hot sauce.. sometimes they dont... I never tick the tomatoes box, but the tomatoes almost always magically appear in my sandwhich... when I write in the comments reminding them to add the hot sauce the sandwhich arrives soggy and inedible because they didnt only add hot sauce in it, they dumped it on my sandwhich instead.Some constructive feedback... make sure your team reads all the comments people leave.. also, if I dont tick the tomatoes box, it means I dont want tomatoes in my sandwhich.Shame as this used to be a wonderful place to order from.

I wish you guys did eat in too. I work so close by and would love a place to escape to and enjoy your food rather than have to rush it down at my desk inbetween customer interruptions.Amazing food.

This restaurant came out when I was looking for food delivery, I was intrigued by the high rating so I wanted to try it out.The first time, I ordered southern fried chicken, It was cooked well, full of flavor and had a great crunch, delivery was fast too; however, the excitement I had the first time turned out to be a disappointment on my second order.This time I ordered, crispy chicken wings, hand-cut sweet potato fries and american classic burger.To start with the chicken wings, the coating was delicious, but it was not crispy at all, sweet potato was soft and tasteless and the big downer was when I unwrapped the burger, it was very soggy and the bread was very soft; however, the patty was cooked well, so I had to remove the bread and and end it up having a burger salad which I didnt really enjoy.As for the delivery, I placed the order at 9:30 PM and I received it at 10:45, this was the main reason why the food was cold and not as expected.I feel I must give The Boutique Kitchen one more try before my final review and I am always hoping for the best. :)Pat

Have ordered from TBK several times and its usually great - I love their fried chicken because its super crispy on the outside but juicy and tender inside. Their fries are also great. The food is well packaged and arrives hot.However, my last order was a bit disappointing - I ordered three pieces of chicken and requested no drumsticks but got one in my order. Its a bit annoying because you order three pieces of chicken and really only get two (the other pieces were fine, a good size but there is never much meat on a drumstick).I also ordered the mashed potatoes and gravy which I couldnt eat - the potatoes tasted (and smelt) really weird - slightly sweet but also bitter and like chemicals. The gravy was really watery and didnt have much flavour.Hopefully, this is just a one-off - Ill order from them again (but not the mashed potatoes......)
