If you like Burgers 🍔 like me you have to try Black Tap for sure 👍🏻I have tried the Texan one and it was very goodTried also the Cheese 🧀 fires and it was so good but little heavy so you have to be super hungry 🙈They have a very nice staff with a great seating area inside the mall and near to the Cinema.Recommended

First time to try Black Tap. They have their famous shakes! Im not a fan of milkshakes.. but their service was good. Food is good. We went there for a quick dinner. My partner loved their burger. It was yummy!! Bigger burger than others!

I would have given this place a 5 honestly. The burgers were very good. The options are nice. The fries pickles were surprisingly good the best I’ve had in Dubai. The only reason I’m giving a 4 is because the service was slow. The place was basically empty and it took a really long time. If I’m the only table it shouldn’t take more than 10 mins to prepare a burger. Let alone the 20 mins it took to bring them out. Staff seems a little under motivated.

Tasty burgers, price between 45-90 dhs for a burger with out fries or any drinksI ordered sweet potatoes fries 🍟 but it’s was not fresh at all , regular fries tasted much better. Good service and friendly staff

What a terrible experience at Black Tap MoE. We ordered 2 Old Fashioned Burgers for 64 AED each as it looked delicious on the menu pictures.We got a cheese burger with some onions and a few mushrooms.When we complained about that this is neither the Black Tap Standard nor the similar burger we saw on the menu the reply by the waitress that this is it sir.I asked for the manager who said I can add some mushrooms for you but that will take a bit of time.I wish i can share some photos here.

My fam is a big fan of Black Tap and we frequent the Black Tap at Dubai Mall and JBR. We found the burgers at the MOE location to be slightly less delicious and the sweet potato fries could also be better. The meal still hit the spot though! Make sure you remeber to use your Entertainer!

Incredible burger place. Great selection of burgers, very tasty (I had the fabulous Cuban), cooked as ordered (as medium rare as you can do a burger patty). Even the virgin Mojito was decent. Very quick service and good vibe overall. Since the Counter burger closed on JBR walk some time ago, I was not into burgers. Too many mediocre offers around. But the Black Tap will get me back - already looking for movies at Vox just to justify stopping for another great burger.Update: The incredible burger is really incredible - tastes like meat and is incredibly expensive. The Gregg Norman was no worth it. Supposedly Wagyu beef (we had lots of Wagyu in Japan - no comparison) and too dry to eat without the cheese dressing, but with the cheese, it ONLY tastes of cheese.)

Ok for the shakes but not for the burgers. Very complicated burgers, loaded with garlic powder everywhere, oily, fatty and complicated. I wished if I can order a simple non-complicated burger without all these fancy ingredients. French fries are unpleasantly crunchy and the cheese sauce is way too salty.

Very disappointingWith a friend we ordered their best and most expensive wague burgers.It was awful. The patties didnt looked like its factory made and not fresh.The seasoning and taste was not just right. The meat was dry (even though we asked for medium and it was cooked medium) and chewy.. I know wague and cant believe how someone can mess with such a tasty meatThe fries were even worse. We ordered cheese fries. First of all it was cold (and this is a dine in experience) now I know they probably melted some American or whatever cheese on it but It looked like a wax. It tasted nothing like cheese and not really edible. We had a few and didnt eat the rest.Sweet potato fries were OK, fried pickle was very salty but apparently its their recipe and its supposed to be that salty. Staff were friendly hence the 2 star

Burger was on point and cooked as requested. Will go back to try the rest. It was a tad bit slow for it being empty.The hostess and waiter need to be more warmer, friendly and attentive. They should be more like the the 2nd waiter that took the check and cleared the table. He was awesome.

Had the Texan 🍔, which was juicy and tasty. However, I find them quite pricey for a burger which didnt include fries.

Not a great experience overall.The hostess did a great job cleaning and sanitizing the table and chairs.Burgers are pricey but good (not excellent). French fries are separate and 24AED for a small serving.Chicken wings were really bad, likely made from frozen meat, chicken was really dry from the inside and no taste.Once food came, no one checked in to see if we needed anything.Took a long time to get waitress attention to get the bill.

One of the best burgers in town, it features delicious sauces, it is worth a try, the place is beautiful and calm, and the staff are always smiling

Wonderful choices, great food, sandwich and burgers are good, beverages choices are good too. Quality and quantity both good. Reasonably priced, safe and clean. All norms were followed. Visited twice during our stay in Dubai.

Probably the worst food Ive ever had in Dubai since 2012... Falafel burger no taste and over cooked, one piece of lettuce, one tomato and gerkin. My husband cheesy fries were fries with cold cheese sauce poured on top... We paid 99 aed for his plant based burger. Not worth it at all. Manager knew about the complaints but had no empathy.. Wont be going there again.

Find a good restaurant doing a chicken burger is impossible BUT THIS RESTAURANT 👌 THEY DO IT PERFECTLY 😋 love the taste.. the staff.. the price.. everything is perfectly made ... next visit will try the meat burger sooo excited to try it 😋

Ive been before and shakes and burgers were OK. Thought Id try the chili taco. What a joke! The tiny tacos with a teaspoon of filling in each with some coriander leaves on top. Terrible. Staff did not really care either.

Finally opened in Mall of the Emirates! Great location just beside the cinema. Great quality burgers and CrazyShake milkshakes! Dont forget to order wings and I highly recommend the crispy chicken sandwich 🍔👍🏻🍦

This is nice clean and tidy place their burgers are tasty and mouth watering. Beside their onion rings were super delicious I definitely recommend this place and definitely will go again.

I have lived in Dubai for 20 years and been to many burger joints.BT Burger would score a 7.5 put of 10.My opinion only: for almost AED 80, burger could be bigger.Chilly cheese fries— 8 out of 10. but price is way to high at AED 50.Service could be a lot better. 5 out of 10. staff seem demotivated, like they are not enjoying their job. Forced.Good meal. But could be a 10/10 if they tweak the small stuff. Good luck gents

Would highly recommend the milkshakes, however, everything else including the customer service and the actual food was just terrible.

Food was ok, pizza fries was great, just a tad over priced for the portion.

Before i ate i mentioned using entertainer and the waiter said yes, but after i finished they said that i couldnt use entertainer on new years eve. Not satisfied, very disappointing and embarrasing.

Very unfriendly staff, they squeezed in the middle to pick up the plates even before we paid, as if they were in hurry to close the place.Food was average and the milkshake was filled 3/4th with whip cream

Bit Pricey, Food Taste and serving size good, Dealing with Customer awsome. in my opinion they need to reduce the price of water, 25 AED 1 Lit Water Bottle quite expensive.

The place was alone and even so they took too long to serve, I expected a lot from the burgers but their flavor really is very x, I ordered the greg norman according to the winner 3 times and very x :( I also tried the truffle and ñee :( the milkshake is very nice but not so much flavor :( how sad! The place is good and in front of the fountains

A solid burger but all in all nothing special. The sauces are probably not homemade and the meat on the Philly Cheese Steak Fries is relatively fatty.The salad is also absolutely irrelevant and does not generate any enthusiasm.One of the restaurants that are not remembered as super negative but not really positive either.

Delicious dishes, prices are true as in an expensive restaurant. I paid 2,130 rubles for a burger, and 2,050 rubles for a salad. For a cocktail 980 rubles. The cocktails are very tasty, but on average about 4 thousand rubles comes out per person, if you take one dish, some dessert and a cocktail. Burger, tasty, not greasy, eat real meat, most likely marbled beef. Salads with a cool dressing, but not worth their money, the prices for salads are unreasonably high. The cocktails are delicious, this is what you should take right away, and the prices are reasonable. My verdict, great statement.
