Very pleasant and great for lunch and dinner. The steaks are excellent. UPDATE 3 June, 2021 - the service (out of the kitchen) today was a bit slow. The food was pretty good but I wish it was more American. They have no wedge salad with blue cheese dressing, their burger has cole slaw in it (I prefer a more plain burger) and they don’t have a steak on their business lunch menu. I’m keeping the 5 stars because it’s pleasant and that food is good. It is just not an American steak house which is what people are expecting when they go there.

Ambience:Very well designed interior. The flooring, tables, lights, decoration and even the curtains are very well chosen and they all creat a very elegant interior. It’s elegant yet very comfortable , specially the seats. The kitchen is half open and being able to see the energetic staff moving around to prepare the dishes makes the whole experience more wholesome .The view is magnificent and the quiet yet charming vibe of the restaurant makes the view even more enjoyable. Overall a super pleasant ambience. Loved it⚜️⚜️⚜️⚜️⚜️⚜️⚜️⚜️⚜️Food:It couldn’t have been better than this. It was absolutely perfect. The timing between the dishes was just perfect. After each dish was served we were asked if everything was ok and again when we were leaving the manager asked us if we were happy with the service and food.Every individual did their best to make sure everything was perfect and indeed they achieved it. The quality of service deserves 5 stars by itself.One of the most thoughtful things I saw in this place was an envelope on each table which was dedicated to the masks. This was the first time I saw any restaurant going an extra mile and having a solution for the masks. Loved the thoughtfulness and the detailed thinking. In my opinion when people think about details this much it reveals the level of care they invest.⚜️⚜️⚜️⚜️⚜️⚜️⚜️⚜️Overall:I loved the overall experience. Such a lovely place to dine in and such beautiful people who made sure guests are well taken care of . Definitely this place is added to my favorites list and I highly recommend it.

We are Diamond Hilton members so as a result of staying at the Waldorf Astoria DIFC for 4 days/3 nights, we were able to enjoy a complimentary breakfast for two at Bull & Bear. The experience was nothing short of outstanding.The service - the staff knew our names from the moment we said our room number and they remembered them each day we visited. They even knew our drink orders from the previous day. The staff aims to please. When my avocado toast came back a bit too toasted, they quickly modified the cooking and came back with a replacement.The menu options and food - just superb. I enjoyed the French toast, hummus, salad of the day, avocado toast, beef bacon, chicken sausage and eggs Benedict. That French toast is something to write home about. 🥰Dinner - We tried to dine for dinner one evening when I ended up working late and we missed our reservation off sight. We figured we could just go to Bull and Bear but they had a small gathering that prohibited dining in. We were offered the opportunity to order room service but having worked in the room for 5 hours I needed a change of scenery. We opted for the pool and the servers delivered our meal free of the service charge. We totally forgot that the pool had its own menu but the Bull and Bear experience was phenomenal - delicious pumpkin soup, prawns and hamburgers with really, really good fries. We were highly recommended to dine in-house in the future as the restaurant offers a unique presentation that we couldn’t obtain outside the venue. Our server tried his best tho and we were over the top thrilled at what he provided. However, we loved the ambiance of St. Trop, so it didn’t phase us too much. What we don’t know can’t hurt us, right. We were able to also enjoy a 25% discount on our meal as HH Diamond members too.Covid protocols - this facility has servers managing each station providing you quick and attentive service. Nice steak house restaurant. Lovely ambiance and interior. Located in the 18th floor which gives a nice view of Dubai specially at night. We tried the burrata salad it was very moist and tasty. The steak was ok but i felt the plate was empty and not attractive like other orders. We wanted to try the desserts but we were full.

Had Dinner there and it was 5 Stars all the way around. Amazing service and the food was well worth it.

After the lockdown, this was the first restaurant we visited and we had the iftar menu. Lovely dining experience with a Burj Khalifa view! The staff members were kind and the food quality was great. Definitely worth the visit! Try the watermelon with feta and the date cake.

There was NO reason that I could find that would justify such a bad rating. I’ve come to notice over the last 2 years that Zomato’s ratings are unreliable and probably paid for by the restaurants.I discovered this restaurant through a reputable magazine/online platform.

Very NYC decor: industrial chic, spacious and trendy. Good menu which is not all steak. Comprehensive wine list. Lovely staff. The missing star is for two rather unforgiveable issues: 1) if a dish is no longer available, tell the diners when you hand over the menus, not when you come to take the orders, and 2) neither of the two draught beers were available because of some technical issue. Not good for a top knotch restaurant.To be fair to the restaurant, the Manager came over to apologise for the food problem and we were given two puddings on the house.All in all, we liked the place and would go back. Note to the team: maybe dial down the topping up of water glasses after every sip and also the amount of times you ask if we’re happy with everything. It borders on intrusive.
