Really really modern Mexican food! I’m a fan of the place. All dishes we tried were very good. I loved the tacos! I had the beef, shrimp, fish tacos! Also tried the octopus tostada which was awesome.The margaritas were also very tasty. Everyone at the restaurant was very nice and welcoming. The Latin beats on the background were great and the music volume was perfect because we could still talk to each other at the table.The team also sang happy birthday for my friend so we really appreciated that. I’d be down for going back again for sure! Lovely place, lovely staff!

Lovely evening! Was there for a birthday dinner. The food was not the best but the bar boys were very professional and their drinks were so good! The ambience was so great. Would recommend going there for drinks and winding down after work!

This is a hidden Mexican gem in Dubai, right in the heart of the city , located at the atrium of Habtoor city. It has the perfect vibe and ambience , great decor and settings.We had the Ifthar set menu and it was really delicious. The staff were very helpful and friendly.Overall it was a very comforting and satisfying dining experience at Zoco!

Decent Mexican food! They had live entertainment, which was fun. We had 25% off coupon, the whole reason we went, otherwise it’s a bit overpriced. We asked for hot sauce and was given the option between Tabasco (free) and Habanero (AED 15), for a Mexican restaurant that’s not a lot of options. The habanero didn’t taste like habanero at all, it was gross. We had a great time at Zoco. The atmosphere is relaxed and fun. The Latin music playing will make you want to get up and dance, and you will feel safe with the mariachi mannequin keeping watch over the restaurant!The staff are very friendly and helpful. The food is good, although we were a bit disappointed with the enchiladas. But everything else was delicious, so were the cocktails.

We were there for ladies night, food selection was great but I can’t say the same for drinks. I love the atmosphere and the prices are very reasonable. But as a lady I would prefer wine for ladies night instead of sprits.

Not worth the hype, we went there for a family dinner and we ended up the last table in the restaurant (although we booked a couple of days in advance)Waiters were very slow and occasionally rude to us. The food quality was okay but not good value for money…other Mexican restaurants in town give you a much more authentic experience. 1/5 won’t be going there anytime soon.

Very bad service and food. The waiters were with no manners. First talking to kid that you should wear mask while the kid on the dinning table. Food was horrible with no taste. Unfortunately, we choose zoco thinking that at least we will have good tasty but it was tribble experience. I highly recommend every family coming to enjoy the show in le Perla dont choose dinner only go for the show

Tacos are not that good, too many flies around and it is not even an outdoor restaurant, when mentioned, the waiter just shrugged. waiter was somewhat rude when I was ordering , stating that eating more than 3 small tacos is too much ! and took it upon himself to remove the other tacos I ordered , it is rude to do that to customer , especially when the restaurant was empty! I understand when restaurants try to limit the order of each table in order not to overwhelm the kitchen but I dont think my 3 tacos were gonna make the chef collapse ! only time in Dubai where I left without tipping. this place is an insult to mexican food , much better options elsewhere

Nice vibes although service disjointed and not a lot of leadership on display to manage the tables. Same dishes taken to the table multiple times. Waited over 20 mins for drinks to be served. Had to ask 3 times. Food fine for the price point. Expected to use two for one on the entertainer app but the discounted price of the non-alcohol package was applied only. Distracting and disappointing. Coffees never arrived even after settling bill.

Vibrant interiors and delightful service. Great place to have a birthday as they really know how to make a song and dance! Nice Tex-Mex menu with fun cocktails, great mains and interesting desserts. Right next to La Perle, so taxis are plenty. Fairly expensive though, so be ready to splurge a bit.

We went for laperle show & then went for dinner at Zoco.The ambience & service was prompt. We were looking for something extraordinary but we did not experience anything different. Food was average & not very tasteful. I hope they can do better

We are here with a dinner package to La Perle and it was fantastic. We enjoyed the large and delicious portions and will be back again!

Zoco, located at the post Atrium, Al Habtoor City is one of the prominent Mexican restaurant. Their Friday brunch is much sort after for anyone who want to dig into a great Mexican culinary journey. The minute you step in, the sheer look and interiors will enthrall you. It looks as if you are in a giant cellar. Lovely vibrant colors, live music, the colorful bar areas, right to the back of the restaurant. You immediately fall in love with this place. The natural light is ample and sets the place alight.Zoco, is such a cool place to layback, relax and enjoy the moment. The live music keeps up the great momentum here. The salad section was holding some of the Mexican/ south american favourites. Beet, corn, beans, sweet patatoe, Civiche and much more. All top ingredients used here, you can see from the color and by each bite you know its fresh. Then you get the live station where Chef Manuel makes some of the best Tacos that you would have tried. The beef, lamb are the Chefs favourites. The lamb is slow cooked for over 8 hours I was told, then chopped and diced and then put in the taco wraps with the selection of sauces. I truly loved the ones the Chef made for me. Each bite, though a bit messy I loved it.

After reading the reviews we decided to give Zoco a try and to be honest it was one of the most bad experience we ever had!The food was tasteless; sour and just the Mexican food you expect to eat when you go out to eat such food.We ordered guacamole; it had so much Lemon inside it and I believe this shouldnt be the case.We gave it a try and ordered Tacos, it is served without any sauce and it just doesnt taste nice.The ceviche was also too sour and as much as it has so much lime and lemon we had to drink water after each bite we eat.Coming to the quesadillas; the same marination used for the tacos was used for the quesadillas... let us not mention the sour cream which is horrible.When the waiter asked us and we mentioned that the food was not good we imagined that someone from the management to visit the table and get our complain and do a proper action but however the supervisor came and had the bill and when we asked him if the waiter mentioned to him that we complained he did not give a damn about it.Lets not mention the chef that was standing near the bar and playing with his mobile while he shouldnt be standing there and another barista who was trying to take a selfie with one of the guests.Habtoor city is one of the most reputable places in Dubai; never had a bad experience and horrible food in Dubai before.

Visited restaurant on Saturday evening, place was extremely quiet. Ambience is nice, however lack personality (maybe cause it was not busy).Quite nice margaritas. Delicious ceviche!However must comment on the “mexican platter dish for 2”. Not appetizing at all, full of deep fried, greasy and cheesy options. We had hard time to enjoy it. Dish lacks fresh ingredients like salad/ sliced vegetables and fresh salsas. Not worth over 200aed.

Arriba Arriba Brunch @zoco on Friday’s.A delightful experience, with appetizers served on the table, mains, salads, & desserts in buffet style.Massive bar & live music !I recommend trying the guacamole, chicken tacos & the snapper ceviche from the salad station, and leave space for the churros trolley .... yes they’re passed around on a trolley throughout the brunch.The brunch is a family affair, saw a lot of happy kids enjoying today.

Pros: Good DJCons: everything else was a let down. Me and my family are vegetarians. Zoco doesnt have tasty veg options to eat, service was slow, no zing in the salsa, gaucomole, quesidilla. Worst of all: churros!! I was really looking forward to some delicious churros at the end of my meal, not only did the serve churros very late (at 3:45 pm) but it was almost tasteless, no sugar in the dough, no sugar in the chocolate sauce, the sugar was just sprinkled on top with NO CINNAMON! The churros were hollow from the inside. Such a let down.I had read amazing reviews abt this plc. I guess its just for non vegetarians and for alcoholic beverage drinkers.

It’s weekend and it means one thing, party time.Visited the place to experience their Arriba Arriba Brunch.The location itself was good so we were expecting more from the restaurant from it’s interior and of course the reason why we were here was the food.Upon reaching the floor where the restaurant is, i thought its gonna be a typical peaceful friday, however after getting in, there are a lot of happenings inside which makes me feel so alive.Couple of people celebrating their birthdays and others they are just literally having fun.Of course we were there to do the same so before anything else, so lucky to have met the Chef introduced to us by the Manager and he was so accomodating. The chef introduced us all the available tacos that day and how they prepared it to perfection.We then grabbed our tacos and quesadillas and we were served with fresh nachos with their own guacamole.They have sweets readily available on the counter aside from that they also serve freshly made donuts and churros which i will rate shortly including their flavored ice cream pops.You also have the option for alcoholic beverages however we prefer non alcoholic beverage that time.Everyone was so friendly, both staff and the crowd will smile back at you and greet you.Now time to rate the food.I had variety of foods, however let me give emphasis to those we really like the most.- Fresh nachos with their own guacamole - Nice crunchy nachos with their unique tasting guacamole as you can also taste the sourness from the lemon aside from the avocado.- Tacos - we find it very authentic, since 1st of all it was prepared by a Mexican, secondly have tried couple of tacos around the city, this is by far the most different tasting tacos (in a nice way), deliciously prepared for hours which you can really make out by it’s taste,filling but not so heavy.(beef suadero, mizote chicken, salmon and lam barbacoa)- Quesadilla - For me, it’s the best!!! Good amount of everything on each bite.- Churros - Everyone loves it, but this one is on a different level. I have been there a couple of times they have Mexican waiter that is not the friendlier or nicer staff but last time I was there someone else was helping us with the orders he and the rest of the team were great nothing I can complain about their tlayuda was good!!

Loved the ambience and the decor. Beautiful restaurant. In terms of food , the menu was unnecessarily expensive. AED 135 for nachos is unheard off , but needless to say that the food was good. Lovely cocktails as well.

One of the best guacamole in dubai - must try. But the other dish we tried was Tlayuda ( did not like it at all) and Mexican rice (very mediocre). Very Nice ambiance and a beautiful place but not a repeat for us after this experience.

Absolutely shocking service for Iftar - booked the Iftar menu and I asked for dates to break my fast, and they said they said they can’t accommodate until my ‘order was punched through’ I said that’s fine but pls can I have one date in order to break my fast , they repeatedly said no - so thankfully I had a spare bottle of water in my bag, and was able to break my fast with that.The server then bought out dates with another order 10 mins later, but proceeded to serve another table , whilst holding the dates even though he knew I was waiting for them ( as I had asked him already for the dates)When I tried to explain why I needed to eat at the exact time he said ‘please please and raised his hand to shush me!’ He also said ‘ I know you’re hungry but you need to wait!’Zero concept of Iftar yet has an Iftar menu!The salad was also plain with a bit of lemon- so was just eating plain bowl of salad - no dressing.Beef and dessert was ok. Soup was nice.Do not recommend! Far more better places in Dubai - do not waste your money. Rude staff.

I had a booking done before hand for anniversary and they decided to call me on the same day few hours before the time to cancel for ridiculous reasons. I booked a room in the same hotel because of that and they expected me to change everything. Was excited to try a new resturant but don’t think I’ll ever visit them again.

The only authentic Mexican Ive had on dubai! Atmosphere is very cool and the servers are very friendly and knowledgeable. Wish they had chilaquiles !!!!

One of the best Mexican food places in Dubai.

Food was alright but some dishes are just too expensive for what you get - the beef taco for example. Atmosphere was rather strange since we were basically the only ones there when we arrived.

I have recently visited Zoco with my girlfriends who booked us in for my celebratory bday dinner and it was a spot on move. The ambiance, food (the octopus is to die for) and most importantly the service are all outstanding. Danilo made sure we were taken care of and displayed a friendly,personal and attentive approach to myself and my friends. He even took initiative to prepare a beautifully decorated desert plate to make me feel special . Thank you again, man - you are a superstar!I really enjoyed the evening and can highly recommend it !

Horrible horrible horrible placeNo authenticity, no professionalism, the food was horrible, not only that it was overcooked but also the corn tortillas were undercooked and doughy. When I complained they acted like they didnt even hear me. Poor service. If there were zero star option I wouldve picked it. Ive never in my life written any reviews but this one was very necessary.

Very friendly staff (Mr Danilo was the waiter in charge of me) and chilled atmosphere. My friend and I took the nachos: the portion was huge! Very beautiful cabernet red wine. As dessert, try the churros: You wont be disappointed!

Nice place! Amazing service by Danilo!But the place got crowded and there were only 2 waiters for the entire place. They tried their best, but they were running like chickens without heads trying to serve everybody.

Beautiful ambiance, the restaurant has a very attractive look, with wall bricks, dim lights and empty wine bottles hanging from the ceiling. The bar runs almost all the way through the area and gives the place a very casual touch.Delicious Mexican tacos and guacamole. Nice Latino music when dj is playing. Suitable for birthdays, after work gatherings, romantic dinners, Latino dancing and ladies’ nights.

Food is very disappointing, we have been there several times and each time I am thinking why did I come here!As a vegetarian I can say i find the vegetarian food very basic and tasteless, doesnt matter which vegetarian dish you order you will get onion and pepper!! And there is no attempt to make them interesting!Drinks are okay.Atmosphere was nice.I like the interior. The service is only well on the ladies nights when they make extra effort to make it work with all that crowd but on the weekend you might get your drinks after your food arrives or wait 15 minutes for a napkin!One last thing; its definitely extremely overpriced for what it is!

Always a joy to be here. The atmosphere with nice live music and great food enhances the dining experience at Zoco. Every time I come here, I am blessed with the great service of the staff and I realy enjoy the restaurant. The food is very delicious and I usually go for the favourites, tacos and black beans soup. Plus some great fajitas. The selection of drinks offered is also wide and nice.

Great venue, but food and service levels are of a poor standard. I would not expect Canned cheese on Nachos that cost 120dhs. Service is also uncoordinated and slow.

Our first visit was really amazing and we enjoyed the food and the service so much that we decided to come back.Unfortunately the second visit was quite the opposite. The food was just average compare to our first visit. It was hard to get waiters attention to place an order or to clear the table.We had very different experience each time so I guess it depends on the shift on the day.

This restaurant need to be on everyone’s list when in Dubai. Food and drinks are outstanding, quick and excellent service by Kalvin and the manager Francesco makes sure that everyone has a great time. We will be back soon.

Its a chic and cozy restaurant and bar in Business Bay area. Foods were delicious especially I had 2 vegan friends in our party. Everyone enjoyed drinking and dining here. Always ask if they do any promotion for credit cards. You will enjoy more with discounts.
