Five Guys is always good, but this branch has a lovely view and a great team. The restaurant was clean and Covid-19 measurements were taken well. I really enjoyed this cheeseburger and milkshake.

Just wow. I love this place, it is one of my favorites. The perfect place for a cheat meal, especially during the winter or spring time when sitting on the terrace is an option. There is a fountain view from the terrace. One more thing, you can warm up with the free peanuts they provide.

Best burger 🍔 ever, the meat is super yummy, the fries 🍟 is crispy and tasty, it’s a bit expensive than what we expect, the cheese burger was 44 and the regular fries 23 AED . I have tried the milkshake it was absolutely great. Highly recommended. It’s in front of the Fountain of Khalifah tower.

Five Guys in City Walk is much much better.I’ve ordered from and eaten at the place many times - disappointing burgers every time. At city walk the burgers are somehow hotter, the cheese is always nice and melted, and they’re better ‘arranged’ /prepared. They taste worse in Dubai Mall.Eating from Five Guys City Walk from now on.

This branch is an excellent example of the brands values. Deliciously juicy burgers with a whole host of toppings to choose from, milkshakes to die for, extremely friendly and helpful staff, and to top it all off, a strict attention to hygiene and safety during this time of epidemic. Strongly recommend dropping in if youre around the area, and I hope the team keep up the good work.

Juiciest burgers and the spicy fries were just woohoo!! Free flowing soft beverages along with the beautiful view of the dancing fountain. Service was good, they were mindful of the crowd growing but the dealt with it perfectly. Service with a smile and extremely courteous.

The prices are bit expensive but the burgers are really nice, the fries with cajun seasoning is really good plus there are soft drinks fountain.Due to COVID-19, they bring the food to you including catchup in small containers.The service there is always good.

Really really the best burger in Dubai/ Note the burger is more than enough there burgers are giant/ I had ordered one cheese burger and one medium fries, from my perspective the medium fries is enough for the people. The beef wAs tasty the toppings were fresh and tasty too, the only problem was that the place was over crowded, we had waited for about 45 minutes for 2 burgers and 2 fries but definitely worth it! Recommend for all people who likes burgers and hungry people mostly.

Love five guys no matter where!But this one in particular is a really nice one.You have options to sit indoors and outside with the stunning view of the burj khlifha building!The service was really hood and the tables where clean and nice.The burger was juicy and just perfect!!

Went to Dubai Mall one and encountered very poor customer service experience. Even talking to a supervisor, wasn’t helpful. In fact outside the had family table aon the sun and we were not allowed to have 2 seats table (shadow) being pooled. Either seat at the sun (limited parasol) or split the family on 2 tables.... five star burgers but one star service. Never ever here again

Fat, unhealthy and delicious :) Fries amazing, cut from whole potato with peel. Pretty expensive, 2 burgers (small and normal), fries and one cola costed 120AED. I paid unecessary for big cola, they have free fill, so small cup will do if you plan to sit and eat inside.Note also this: normal burger is in fact double meat burger, and small burger is what I would call, a normal burger, with one piece of meat.

I heared a lot about them since they launched in UAE food scene but never could go there to try their food. Finally got a chance to try their grilled cheese sandwich with jalapeños and green chili toppings. First bite was so refreshing and delicious that blow up a flavor storm. Loved it and will go again and again.

Burger with your choice of toppings + large fries + regular refillable cup = 80 AED!! Thats like $30 AUD!! Hmmmm not the best burger for that cost. Also its just the hamburger not cheese burger. Cheese burger is more expensive by 6 AED... So is it worth it you may ask? Not really as the burger is just ok. Burger Project (Australia) prices but not to the same quality, the chips are ok and the refillable drink kinda makes up for it but thats about it. The service is good and the restaurant seems to be busy. Overall not bad but it could be better.

The food cost is almost 40% higher but the view here is amazing at water front real-estate. The food taste pretty much the same like home and they know what is lettuce wrap for gluten intolerance customers. 👍🏻. The only thing I can’t stand is surrounded by smokers! but it’s not something 5guys can control.

Loved the burger, I had it for first time in London and it fulfilled the expectations... their medium chips are big and filling. Next time will order bunless and no chips :)

Delicious burgers only serves beef. Very simple menu and you customise burgers with the toppings. Had little cheeseburger which was very filling its not little its just 1 beef patty instead of two.Milkshakes are delicious!! Outside seating is by the fountains.

Heard a lot about this place. Did not know that they were famous for their fries. I thought it was the milk shake.Anyway, I tried the salted caramel shake for 25 dhs. Its nice, but Ive tried better ones for cheaper.Will be coming back for the fries though!

Oh so good! The burgers are absolutely delicious and I enjoyed mine so much. The serving of fries is incredibly generous and we found that a medium fries was plenty for two people to share. My friends said that the milkshakes were incredible too, but Im lactose intolerant so I didnt try them.

Nice and juicy burgers were simply awesome. The fries were crunchy on the outside but soft and mushy on the inside. Absolutely, loved the service with refillable drinks.

Same food quality but very very crowded but the food tastes good and they serve it hot, i really liked it but the chairs are a little bit tight so they have to solve this issue.

Great tasting burgers and shakes, but the fries were too oily. Expect a 5 minute wait to get to the ordering counter.

Expensive/ the british manager is rude and arrogant/ he thinks everyone knows their procedures about ordering first and then sitting later, even if they never stepped inside their filthy restaurant before/ messy place. Uncomfortable seats/ tables are not clean/ no menus/ I do not recommend it.

Good thing first: you can eat outside and enjoy a great view. The burger itself was nothing special for that price, better burger delis can beat that easily, not sure if they exist in that price range in Dubai though. The large fries portion is massive, I guess Americans are just used to different sizes, you can definitely save money by taking smaller sizes and I would recommend to take them out quickly from the cup they put them in as they get quite soggy. Otherwise they are quite good, I just wonder why they dont serve them in the paper things they use for the free peanuts, would look nice and keep them crispier. Service is very friendly and nice though and if youre hungry and dont want to wait you will get full quickly.

Ooh the people complaining dont know what a good burger tastes like or just had a bad experience. This is one of my favorite burger joints. Perfect burger to the core, accompanied by the Cajun fried and peanuts. Plus this location has amazing outdoor views of the fountain and Burj khalifa.
