A very good restaurant with friendly staff with service at its best. Personally liked the grilled chicken burger. On Monday they have a great offer of 40% on their regular meal. Blizzard is the best seller and people especially have it on Monday with the offer.

Best place to have burger the best burger over here is grill chicken . Also try the ice cream and blizzard over it is very good. The fries are mind blowing . The burger is best over here . Do try the grill chiken burger .

Always loved their blizzard. My favourite is the lotus blizzard. This was my first time to try out their burgers and I was suprisingly impressed. Very tasty and juicy especially the flame thrower. I also loved the chicken strips as they were cooked to perfection. Perfect crisp on the outside and soft on the inside.

Horibble Restaurant with the worst customer service ever! I ordered three meals for 72 dhs recieved a missing meal and horibbly cooked chicken wrap i had to spit it and vomit from its smell and taste! Never again i threw all of it in the trash

BewareNever order from their website/app. I placed my order almost an hour before Iftar and didn’t receive it. After more than an hour when I called Dairy Queen they informed me that the driver hadn’t even picked up my order yet. And when I asked him to call me back to let me know when I would receive it they told me it would take another 30 mins.Order from Dairy Queen if you’re willing to wait 2 hours for burgers and fries.There are better burger places that actually value their customers, my advice would be to AVOID DQ!

I was totally impressed with the quality and taste of the ice-cream. It has the taste of my childhood. I loved the strawberry cheesecake blizzard and I also bought a beautiful and tasty cake for a birthday celebration. The guests were absolutely amazed by the taste of it. I recommend this venue with all my heart.

We have heard a lot about Dairy Queen and yesterday we thought we should give it a try. Hence, headed to their branch in Al Ghurair Centre. Totally impressed by the calmness and the over all ambience of the spot. The burgers were really huge and they taste amazing. CHICKEN BLT salad was top notch and it’s a must have:) Highly recommended!

We loved the location here. Tried the burgers last weekend and it was sooo yum ! Best part wa a their kids meal that includes dessert drink food and fries for just AED 12 ! My daughter was so happy ! Highly recommend this place

I enjoy coming to DQ with my girlfriend for the Blizzard ice cream as it reminds us of our times back in the United States. It just brings good old memories for us. The Double cheese burgers and the grilled burgers are amazing as usual.My only issue is that when making a payment through Zomato. I was asked to make an extra payment by cash as one of our orders is not covered by the discount I get through Zomato. I was pretty annoyed that the manager at the store didnt mention that before I made the payment.It really unnecessary for that to happen, it should be a seamless easy process to pay for my food by Zomato and not hear some complicated explanation of paying extra by cash to cover an item not covered by the discount.If yall can fix that , it will be great .Otherwise the food is great and the Blizzard is on point .. Every one needs to get a Blizzard once in their lifetime

I truly love DQ ever since that I’m in Bahrain. Their mouthwatering flamethrower burger 🤤 is amazing. Gina is super friendly and accommodating. However, today I was so upset with the service of ”Francis” from Al Ghurair branch. The way he approached me when I opened the cake freezer was so discourteous (as if he doesn’t want the freezer to be opened even for seconds) that I felt embarrassed. I even asked him that Im going to pay right away but Im gonna leave the cake as we want to enjoy our dine-in food. But He answered me in a very opposing manner saying that you cannot leave the cake here for 2 hours as he will be refilling it with another batch. He irritates me so badly so I just left.I went back again to buy the cake, a girl manager approached me so I complained! But while doing so that Francis was like glancing and taunting me. Considering that his a supervisor or whatsoever position he has. Very disappointed.

I am really not into ice cream but I will really crave if I find a good one. And this is what happened to me after checking their mango cheese cake ice cream. For me its really good and they have 50% offer o. Mondays. Place is small though and can be overwhelming esp on Monday.

Amazing Burger and at reasonable price.

There are only two DQ outlets in the whole emirate of Dubai, and this is the only one ull find open after 10pm. There was a hair in my blizzard and the overall service quality was also not so good.
