The restaurant was a fun night out with a really good singer. The entertainment along with the large servings makes for a great night out. The staff really helped us celebrate my friends birthday. The portions were large and fresh I had a great steak salad with a shared entree. We got entertainer discount which was a bonus.

We celebrated my friends birthday here recently and it was really a fun night. The whole place is kinda quiet as we went there around 7pm. The staffs are very accommodating and they are quick to attend our needs. Their one serving size is quite big for one person but it was good enough for me and my friend. The place is so calm but its kinda dark inside. But overall its a great place to hang out and chill.

Food is nice but service and employees are not attentive and not professionalWe ordered sharing platters and they put for all small plate as in pictures. They do not even know the food they are serving. Male staff a bit better than female staff.Even tissue are not provided. No hygenic approach can be seen.

Great food and vibe of the place. Loved the live performances and staff was efficient. Since it is based out of a mall I.e. Festival City so there’s ample parking space available. There’s a merchandise shop at the entrance just like other hard rock cafes around the world.

A lot of nostalgia in this place for me, but the food was pretty rocking, and the different combos and offers provided by the restaurant meant everyone on the table left full and happy with a wide ranging sample of the restaurants cuisine.

Just amazing never been but beyond expectations

Great atmosphere. Absolutely great service, the waiters were very friendly and chatty, had a lovely time conversing with them. Had an absolutely terrific Double Decker Double Cheeseburger (yes, its a mouthful, but its worth it!), medium cooked. Everything about it was great; the meat was very tender, juicy and flavorful, the buns were so soft (just look at the picture), and the cheese was nicely melted. I also had the wings (buffalo and bbq) and the BBQ platter, but the burger really was the star of the show. Get it, and get it medium.

One of the iconic and the most westernized restaurants in Dubai. You can find this place in the area of Dubai festival city which is a little far away from the most posh regions of Marina or downtown. I loved the family friendliness and its ribs!

Amazing burgers, live music and great food overall

Great ambience however I missed a live rock music (maybe it was a weekday )!!Food was average to be honest. Tried a burger & BBQ steak and just okay.Service was great as they tried to pay attention to us throughout dining!

I loved the Ribs, probably the best ones I had in Dubai yet. Heads up though its a Hard Rock cafe so any families planning to visit you & your kids better have good taste of Rock music. I loved it, being a fan of Rock Music myself. I visited during COVID19 Pendamic which meant live music was not allowed. I will definitely visit again to try their steaks and hopefully some Live Hard Rock Music

An amazing American restaurant, with great interiors which is rock-in-roll themed.They serve classic american food, that is well presented. It is a cosy, casual place with a beautiful outdoor terrace. Really enjoyed the food.

We just took a cruise out of Dubai and ate at the Hard Rock Cafe before the cruise and after!! Always great service, great food and great fun! We travelled from Far East back to UK via Dubai...Its such a long journey we were grateful of a short break waiting for connecting flight, where we could re-fuel. The brand Hard Rock never disappoints and I have visited restaurants all over the world. The restaurant in Dubai Airport is quite small but clean and well organised. Staff seated us promptly and took orders. Food arrived quickly and was delicious. As you expect, cool music played and some memorabilia to explore.

Hard Rock has done a good job of sanitisation and keeping enough distance between tables. We went on a Wednesday and place was not packed as it used to be. There is live singing which was nice. Tables are cleaned properly after every customer. Food is always great here and staff are very polite and attentive. The service was a bit slow given the crowd but no complaints as it gave us time to enjoy the music. The place is not so lively now due to all the restrictions but still enjoyable. Over all Hard Rock 🎸 has never disappointed and we always love going here.

Great venue with huge stage. Will be fantastic when live bands are allowed back. Standard bar menu but high quality food. Happy hour was underwhelming.

I was a regular at Hard Rock a couple of years back. Returning to it I realized they had done a good job of sanitisation and keeping enough distance between tables. We went on a Wednesday. Great venue in style with plenty of parking adjacent, however, the atmosphere is not like in the past, because smoking inside the building is not allowed. That kills a bit the myth of Hard Rock Café at least for me. Youll be going to the terrace if you wanna smoke. Otherwise, great folks are hosting you. Check it out.

Ordered 2 steaks and both were extremely hard, like an old reheated meat? like rubber! ? and unmarinated? When I complained was told that the Chef is informed :)Inconsistent treatment of Entertainer vouchers, it will depend on the manager in duty. If she/he is in a good mode, you may maximize the benefit using the entertainer, if not in the mode, you would be penalized (similar to what we experienced today 5 Aug 2021 at 2 pm) and I decided not to use the entertainer at all as a message of my dissatisfaction.No wet-tissues offered and overall rough treatment.No need to spend time responding, this will not change anything. Better to spend the time on motivating some of the staff members and educate the manager on how to listen and accommodate.If you wish, I can meet the management to explain how we were greatly treated in the past (10+ visits), and how poorly we were treated today.

Amazing place for hangout.Nice ambience.Maintaining social distancing and sanitization.We order fish and chips, bbq chicken with heniken, berry banana colada, ultimate long island cocktail.Food was excellent.Staffs were very co operative and friendly.

Really cool place. Especially if you like rock music. Theres guitars and Harley Davidsons dotted around the place and huge be screen plain rock music. The venue is huge and staff are really helpful. Would definitely recommend going there.

Many original collection of super stars like Beatles, Michael Jackson,Madonna,Bon Jovi... if you interested in seeing these it’s a good choice for you .I like their burger , big and tasty!No show due to the COVID 19 policy .

The place was good. But the vegetarian options for main course was very limited. Did not like the vegetable burger I ordered. Loved nachos and vegetarian platter. Loved the brownie as well.

Never thought that ill be back to hard rock again after 10 years but it was worth it ,It still keep the same nice atmosphere which had 10 years back ,Surprisingly they still the same ! Which hard to keep for the most ! They have amazing nachos plate but they charge u for the guacamole!! Appetizers are tasty ! U also can use entertainment for main courses ! Great Vibes friendly staff !

The service was pretty bad. They did not take our entertainer coupons for drinks and each server had an inconsistent menu list when asked what was covered.

Good, warm turkey dinner, except it was a bit dry, sliced too thick. New York cheese cake crust and cake too soft, not crunchy.

Mel was the best waitress a group of friends could ask for, she was informed, efficient and genuinely caring. She learned our orders and made sure we were happy. She is so good at her job.

I go there multiple times but not too often, I like the atmosphere and the service is fairly fast. My last visit was today for lunch. I had a bbq burger with a beer. The food taste and presentation was great.I would definitely visit it again as well as recommend it to friends and family. I hope I can make another visit soon to check the live bands.

No comments necessary for a HARD ROCK CAFE.The specific venue is of the largest HRCs and the lighting and overall atmosphere are same good as always.

Horrible experience, I went there on purpose to buy some t shirts and there was no size considered normal, extremely unsympathetic and non-communicative employee. One thing is for sure, for a Hard Rock Cafe headquarters in a country like Dubai, it leaves a lot to be desired, I will not return to the same place.

Good ambience and decor. Food was OK but not to the standard I was expecting. I ordered the pulled beef burger but it was mushy as it seemed to have been mixed with too much bar b q sauce which made it taste sweet and could not enjoy the taste so much. I would go again and maybe try another dish but the pulled beef was not to my liking.

So happy to see live music coming back, almost. Single singer, except Thursdays and Fridays where a drummer joins. Karen did an excellent job on Sunday night!

Lovely staff lovely food got a nice band playing on the weekend. After the band left they started playing horrible pop music totally opposite to the name of the place.

Amazing place with amazing food. The service was really quick and great, and the waitress was super friendly. The bands and artists that play in this cafe are all really amazing and they constantly change although they are all really talented. The decorations were flawless and the design of the place is really impressive. Overall, I would recomend this to a group of friends that want to bond over music or maybe celebrate a birthday or an occasion.

I’ve been a fan of the Hard Rock Cafe chain for as long as I remember. Two restaurants in Beirut, -which unfortunately closed- and many others around the world that I make a point to visit in every new city I travel to. Roma, Istanbul, Copenhagen, and Lisbon to name a few. Collecting HRC T-shirts was one of my first serious collections before the age of 16. Few minutes from the Dubai airport, at Festival City, the Hard Rock Cafe is an interesting American diner to discover.

Times have changed.. hard rock is not the same. The food and drinks continue to be underrated, but need the ambience to get back the old charm and vibe :)

Its Hard Rock Cafe... always a good time. Good food, good atmosphere, great drinks. Service here is very good, but they didnt give me a free desert for my birthday! Normally they have live bands and this café, but now due to the pandemic only their great music.
