Ordered a few things, ambience is very nice. Black cod tastes very good, pizza was average, risotto was way too creamy we were able to eat only 1/4 of it and lastly the steak was not cooked as per the instructions. Overall it was an ok experience.

Such and amazing place , i booked for dinner here and I didn’t know what to expect, but to be honest it was above all expectations, food is a master piece with taste and presentation, DJ was super cool and great variety of songs between Arabic and English , we were surprised to see a dancer 💃🏼and at the end one singer wich was fairly good but DJ was much better !!Price : $$$$Highly recommended

Going there is a pain due to traffic on ur way but sitting over there and enjoying the shisha and ambience made my day good . Lovely place to hang out with your friends .

Lovely place with beautiful interior and terrace area. Tasty/quality meals The portions are big and full filling.The music was unique and very enjoyable.The staff is lovely, Jacques (from Africa) made sure we having our best time during our dinner and was very helpful when we asked for the food to take away- cause the portions were so nice☺️

We tried the iftar menu here. We ordered avocado salad, lamb chops, truffle penne, passion fruit cream brûlée, and Nutella cheesecake. Everything is very delicious.The service for dining is not the best as sometimes we need to wait for a while to our next dish served. Overall the vibe is very good.

Delicious starters,beef tartare and dynamite shrimps. We like atmosphere there, live music( the violin) we wanted to enjoy this more and more. Beautiful atmosphere and terrace , but for winter time you need more heaters near the tables .I’ll be back there again and will suggest to my fiends .

Had a lovely evening in Spark by Caramel, enjoyed the atmosphere and overall vibes. Very cozy place with a great view. Food was very tasty and cocktails are delicious as well. Staff is so helpful and friendly, our waitress Jacqueline from Africa was fantastic, made our evening very enjoyable. For sure would recommend!

I had a terrible experience at Spark today. I called the restaurant yesterday and asked the employee who answered the phone to reserve a table for today outside. The employee then verbally confirmed the booking.Today, we went to to Spark and told the receptionist that we have a booking. She said there is no booking in my name. So I explained to her that I did call the day before and got a verbal confirmation from one of the employees. She was very rude and did not try to solve the problem saying that normally a SMS is sent by the restaurant upon a booking confirmation. Then she said there is no space available inside but there is outside- WHICH WAS WHAT WE HAVE BOOKED AND ASKED FOR.We then went to check how the weather was outside and it was very hot and humid so we asked her if there is an ac outside. She laughed and said that there is only an ac inside and that outside there is only a fan. So I explained to her that what I meant was whether there is a cooler outside. She said ask the waiter. So we ended up leaving the place and sat in another restaurant in the same area. We returned to Spark to validate the parking ticket later on but the same receptionist refused saying that we havent spent money in the place so she wont be able to stamp. So I went to her line manager after a long resistance from her to call the manager and explained the situation. But it was too late.Very bad service. Im super disappointed as I really used to like this place.

I love Spark by Caramel. This was my second visit already. The food is so delicious. This time I tried Lime chicken with aubergine, patty pan and baby carrots. The taste was just amazing. As a dessert I had my favorite chocolate fondant with vanilla ice cream and it was the best. Perfect service, amazing music! Ill be back!

You wont immediately find Spark by Caramel on your first visit but there are plenty of shops to stop and ask for directions. Parking at DIFC is not cheap since the first hour is free and every additional hour is 20/- (ouch!). What we later found out was that valet is free so now we know for next time.My girlfriends and I went to Spark for their ladies night. They offer free flowing beverages and you can pick from a selection of appetizers / desserts with an offer of buy 2 get third free. Prices were reasonable, portion size were very good and food quality, presentation and taste hit the spot immediately. They have a terrace where you can enjoy shisha. Their DJ was excellent, the volume got a bit too loud so chatting was a challenge. The live entertainment was amazing and she played the saxophone synchronizing beautifully with beats spinned by the DJ. The service team were great and friendly. I would however shave off half a point for the beverages since the mixes were very very weak but its a small sacrifice if you have great company, music and food.

Very small place, The management is rude AND you cant smoke hooka inside. I advice you to change to another place until they fix the employee issue and allow hooka inside then you can visit it. Otherwise good luck smoking hooka outside with this lovely summer.Its very important to enjoy ur time and visits :)

They have a great choice of indoor and outdoor seating. In the outdoor area they also serve sheesha which was great. We tried their TNT shrimps, crab rolls, short rib arancini and miso cod bites. Food was tasty - the crab rolls were my favourite. The outdoor seating has a great vibe - great place for a Thursday evening dinner or hangout.

Not a wide selection of food. Happy hour is a good deal. Hostess lied and said they were fully booked so we could only stay for 1 hour at 8pm there was only 1 other table in the venue and we stayed till 11pm noone came....

Amazing food in the heart of DIFC. I never expected that the quality and taste of the food in this restaurant was going to be like this. We had one of the best tuna tartare I’ve ever tried. And the truffle pasta that I order was really tasty. One of the best cocktails in tried was the velvet jam. On Mondays they don’t offer live shows but they do it on weekends. It’sa place that I definitely would love to come back again.

I have had an amazing experience at Spark by Caramel! The location is absolutely beautiful! The outdoor terrace is the best in the winter! Food delicious! Had the Beef Carapaccio and the Buratta salad along with Tiramisu (its a must!). The staff were amazing. Hajar welcomed us with a gorgeous smile and very friendly approach! Felt comfortable straight away! Also Shazyln was amazing! She helped me with the food choices and she was attentive at all times! Extremely professional and friendly, she made our night memorable and because of that, we will come back again soon! The music is gorgeous! Arabic style combined with comercial from around the world! They also have belly dancing show on Tuesday, Thursday and Friday! Also live music with famous singers in the weekend! I would recommend this place to everyone! Had an amazing time! Thank youu! ♥️
