This is one of the best supermarkets you can bank on in the Silicon oasis. It is located in Spring Oasis Tower. The location is so easy to get and the brand is very popular within silicon and in the UAE generally. They have fresh fruits and vegetables in their varieties. They bake many of their pastries also which makes it fresh everyday.They make offers for different products from time to time. They have got the meat section where you get them fresh and also they made some other section for lovers of pork. They are rich in quality and the cost is as rich as the quality too. Wonderful staff, relatable organization of product and yes;theyve got free parking.Theyve got restroom somewhere behind too just in case the need for its usage arises. Highly reputable they are. I recommend.

Their fridge is warm and most of the frozen food is not cold enough, couple of times I noticed fungus on some items that is supposed to be frozen. change your fridge they are outdated and not working properly

Worst customer service Ive ever experienced. Those Filipina ladies at the pastries section are inattentive. Guess they hate their jobs. Better hire people who are competent and who are actually doing their jobs. They are also rude to customers. I dont suggest going there. There are lots of better supermarkets in Silicon Oasis. Stop going to this branch.

Friendly staff, not too busy.Nice selection for a fairly small store.Parking garage is really dark and dirty.2 hours free parking for Choithrams customers on the back side (shaded) which is very nice in the hot months.In regards to selection Im not really missing anything. Theres even a small pork section for non muslims.

Great option being 24X7, I will profit every time I would be in the area. Great prices, its my option when I am looking for pork products.

Place: The location was good because it was near to my place.items: other items was cheap especially the things that im always buying from the store.staff: i will not say all filipinos working from this store was not good but few of them their attitude was not good for the ambiance of the store. if you enter from the store they not even smiled at you and one time i heared them yelling with the other staff for some barcode or something. they saw you but never approach you and never asked you what you need although how many times you came in front of them. Everyday i buy in this store but never say thank you and your standing but they will approach you after their gossip. At the counter never smile and even say thank you for coming.But im impressed on this indian lady with long curly hair bec. she always give me smile and just always told me thank you.

Favourite place for grocery and fresh fruits and vegetables

A good supermarket to get groceries at reasonable prices. They have a lot of variety and the prices are almost the same as Almaya which is situation just diagonally opposite to Choithrams.You can also get fresh Indian snacks like upma, poha, vadapav, samosa usually in the morning.They also have aloo methi paratha and gobi paratha.

Quite a big Choithrams outlet - as big as the one in Marina. Choice is huge, prices are normal for Choithrams. Location is quite good since it is nearby all the small restaurants in the area. Service was good, but the one in Marina has a slightly better service.

Nice, neighborhood grocery store. MOST of the staff is polite & gives proper customer service. The fresh breads are delicious, but the sweets are not delicious. Theyre not sweet enough for my taste. The butchers are so accommodating and nice guys. The produce is fresh, and the other stock in the store is okay as well. But some of the cashiers need to be more polite. They SHOULD greet you when you come up to them, SAY the total, and THANK YOU for shopping at Choithrams.

That is the epitome of incompetence. Why waste peoples time? I could have ordered my items elsewhere if you had had a modicum of professionalism and customer service. Shameful!

Good place to go for your grocery shopping. Spices, fruits and vegetables are easily available here. Prices are also reasonable. You can also find Indian spices and food items.

Best part is, its open 24x7 which his helpful if you are in need of to buy things really late into the night. Typical hyper markets are available here, which periodic offers to satisfy customers.Note the poultry and meat live section wont work late night. You are limited to the pre-packed or pre-cut meat items.

Worst experience, I made order online on Instashop and delivery was scheduat 9am, now it is 1 pm and no one came and no one called. Also they are not answering my calls and they cancelled my first call.The order is ahowing delivered in the app just ro maintain good rating which is not honnest.The shop is only 5 mins away from my place and this is the 3rd time I am experiencing same situation. I dont have another alternative otherwise I will never order from them.

This place is an absolute blessing since they’re open 24*7. Their parking however is available until a fixed time. During weekdays it can be a struggle to find parking due to the people from GEMs school taking all the parking -_-

Very poor service.We are living opposite site of Choitram’s Supermarket and buying from them for the past 6 years and the delivery taking as minimum as 1 hour and it’s happening alwaysWe stopped buying from them and we will not buy from them again.Al Maya Supermarket is much more better with quality of service and plus it’s much more cheaper.

Theyve added many other products which was good to find. However, the pet food section is so limited. The bakery also closes pretty early and every time I go to get the buns, they wilk tell me its ran out. Some products are more expensive than Spinneys which is why i still prefer to go there. Pathetic customer service at the DSO branch.They had agreed to deliver the items in 20 mins and kept me waiting for over 2 hours . I kept calling them to confirm if they would be delivering, but they just kept giving lame excuses on the delay.At first they said the delivery person is on the way , the second time they said it was delivered to the wrong apartment , and then finally they delivered the WRONG items. I didnt bother to call again , because if I do ....all what they do is transferring calls and yelling at each other there when the customer is on line.
