I live in the nearby Area and have bene going there often to get groceries and daily supplies. The staff members are extremely rude , arrogant and carefree. You will see them chatting and bantering among themselves all the time without helping customers. If you approach them they will behave rudely (especially if you are male, with females they appear helpful and courteous). Today i had a pathetic experience at their butcher section. The guy used hand and eyebrow gestures which i found extremely displeasing and rude. He then asked me if I am from India (not sure why he did that). There is no complain section where you can post a complain. I left my supplies and left the shop immediately. I am definitely not going to Talal again.

It is a great supermarket selling almost all goods of daily usage. Fruits & Vegetables are mostly fresh. They also offer chocolates for trial of taste at free. Prices are reasonable.Its location is easier to find as it is somewhere between Bur Dubai and Meena Bazaar.

Very bad behaviour/service to customers they only prioritize Malayali people. They dont know how to speak to the customers. Delivery service is very pathetic. I recommend all of you not to go to this supermarket. Instead go to madina Supermarket they provide good service to customers.

I did not like the place no proper customer service very rude towards customer screaming at customer also Their tags are very hard to read for 11 looks like 1 and we wanted to purchase tang the tag says 11 but looks like 1 so we did feel some thing very weird so we went to cashier cashier says if you dont want it why did you bring it .i recommended everyone not go there very bad service.👎🏻
