Very convenient and reasonable at prices with all grocery items and household items you need. They also have fresh vegetables including Indian variety of vegetables. It’s quite good in size and located at the roundabout, though finding parking in front is always a difficult task. Wondering if the building allows visitors parking for the customers.In addition they have FAB ATM so it’s additional convenience for last minute cash requirements.My routine is to go and shop all you want to and ask them to deliver at home and you can complete your evening walk too.

Good approach but such a pathetic, terrible, and unsatisfactory attitude and service. They do take minimum 30 mins to confirm the order. That means you need 24 hours prior to place an order. No one is answerable and accountable for such an attitude and the services they delivered. They simply don’t deserved to be operated their business in Dubai Silicon Oasis.

Very convenient shop, with a large variety of products. (Food, office supplies, art and craft, house keeping, toys etc...) Probably the most interesting grocery store in Silicon Oasis in terms of price. Quality is not alway the best though, and some alleys lack space when it is crowded.

I give one because of the rude and arrogant behaviour of staff members over the phoen when u call to place the order. They dont listen patiently instead cut the call before u could think of next item to order. Specially the tall guy at the cpunter at the back keeps the arrogant at his head while serving customers. Apart from this everything is ok. Veggies are at good price.

Very bad service , I had ordered today chicken breast at 5 p.m but it got delivered at 7 p.m . I was repeatedly calling them & they said that delivery boy is coming but when i insisted them at 6.30 pm to come quick then the guy who picks up the phone says that you have not placed the delivery .he is such a big liar & immediately after 5 minutes his delivery guy comes in which it was written that he has sent hin at 6.30 p.m itself .Kindly take action against this guy as he is very rude & he lies like anything

Very Pathetic when we order for delivery they take more than an hour to deliver and when called to check they say we have got lot of orders , so if you have lot of orders keep the staff accordingly and don’t give your customers a time of half hour and take it to more than an hour .. Not good customer service !
