The cashier is always busy with online orders, making it a priority if you come to pay, and she doesn’t try to call a colleague.Another time I asked for Emmental cheese (it was blue from the side); the worker noticed that and still proceeded to cut it for me.They never follow expiry dates.People, please be cautious when buying thingsI attach photos now with expired product which I found today, on August 17th.I visited this supermarket just because it’s near to me. But in future I will prefer to go to another shop. More safe!

Fantastic place, very good service. Had a case where the price tag of my usual product was mistakenly higher, I didn’t even notice but the girl at the cashier saw herself and told me it’s a mistake. She proactively checked everything and changed the price. I would never notice such things, but it’s just pleasure people really do their job super good and don’t try to cheat you. Highly recommend this place, always fresh vegs and fruits apart from the exceptional service.

A new addition to the supermarket scene at Silicon Oasis, Grandiose is beautifully done up with items neatly stacked up. The bakery and ready to eat sections look good too.They also have refill option

Wide selection, slow service, takes forever for online delivery. Parking for this supermarket was a pain. When i parked inside of the building i was followed and chased away by the manager of the building, he is Perhaps the most rude, mannerless and shallow person Ive come across in uae. If only this supermarket moves to another building and work on quick delivery, it will excel. Im sorry Im not willing to share my details but you can check the cctv footage from 29th August, around 12 pm. I was wearing a green top and leggings. Parked my car in the building and was looking for security so accidently was walking in the wrong direction to the loading area of grandiose Supermarket. The manager of the building approached me, he is so rude and a pathetic human being. Im sorry i will never visit grandiose again for the way they are treated even before they can reach your supermarket. I have a very strong presence on social media. Didnt want to put this on my instagram and unnecessarily cause you trouble. Thank you for hearing me out.

Grandiose is a huge, spacious and well stocked supermarket ....a welcome change from the cramped alleys in most of the supermarkets in DSO ....prices are a bit higher but with good quality .Staff is extremely polite and helpful especially Mr Adnan who will always greet you with a smile in store or for deliveries . Keep the good work going !!!!

Aa nice mart where you can have a good quality groceries and food items.

Its very good but we noticed if you order online takes forever to get delivery: once in store, no wonder why, the guy who does the shopping hides between shelves to use the mobile. Not all in store staff is really working, Ive seen them more distracted than necessary. Just at the beginning as manager was in the store everyone was very good. Cashiers are very nice though.

Absolutely amazing! Clean, spacious and bright place with polite staff.Price range is between Carrefour and Spinneys, but selection is shifting more towards high quality products with competitive prices.They offer affordable fresh pastry, bread and pre-cooked meals. They dont have many options, but they cover basics.Fruit and vegetables section is satisfactory. So far always fresh.They substituted plastic bags with paper ones- which is great, but Im afraid even those end up in garbage after one time use. Despite that, they are making an effort towards sustainability and reusing your own bags, which is promoted.Selection of meat is bit thin, and I consume pork which is not available. Having that would improve my overall satisfaction, but it is not mandatory for a UAE market so I cant reduce the rating just because of that. They still deserve big old five for good job and products/price compatibility that they offer.

They dont sell feminine wash. When I asked the cashier, she said because it is not common for British to use. I wanted to say Are they the only nationality this store intends to serve?. Well, if they are their target market, how come this store sells Asian food stuff?! Another comment, I find her response inappropriate and could offend the nationality she mentioned.I give 2 stars because the store is nice and clean.

A well stocked supermarket with quick delivery and friendly staff. Moreover they are eco friendly as they use paper bags instead of plastic bags.But I felt bad for poor construction workers who are working on extension project being scolded loudly infront of customers in the middle of the supermarket.

Avoid at all costs!The bio section is great, the deli is so so. Everything else is really bad. They dont even have napkins. I mean. Some of the most basic things they dont have.If youre looking to do your weekly shopping here, please go somewhere else. Its expensive and low quality.Their sections of soft drinks and chocolates is surprisingly big. I guess their target is a % of the population, because not everyone drinks Pepsi and eats Twix bars for a meal...They have to step it up, get different products in the store.The staff cant be bothered to work. Theyre never at their counters and the cashiers keep talking to each other in Tagalog, have zero sense of professionalism or customer service, its very unprofessional.I give 2 stars just because it looks nice and seems clean.

I ordered some items at 4pm. I waited till 9pm and they didnt deliver it. I was waiting for 5 hours then I contacted them back. They simply told me we will deliver it tomorrow!! So If I didnt follow up with them they wouldnt have bothered to look into my order.

I live next building of this Worst Supermarket , less products a-lot of brands they are not bringing.Worst delivery service ever and very late. I ordered 3 galoons of water and it took more than 2 hours and suddenly they call me telling me sorry system is down and cant deliver.

Newly opened with a fair variety of items. Store is neat and clean. Only issue is with billing every time I visit this store. Multiple billing errors always.Please check prices carefully before billing because the prices displayed is different from what appears on the bill. And the employees are least bothered to update the displayed wrong prices. You would still see the same wrong price on the item on your next visit.

Had ordered on el grocer from Grandiose dso. The mutton that was delivered was rotten and having some insect inside. Disgusting. Had to throw away the whole thing. How can you deliver rotten meat.

The place is arranged and the display of the products is more than wonderful, but while I photographed the place, I had a problem with the staff regarding photography, and if I had a permit if I would show it to Google Maps !! .. In addition to external orders, yes, there is a problem, as I noticed in the comments ... where one of the customers’s request was canceled because another employee was not available for delivery during the break period .. Except that place is worth a visit
