One of the bad services always getting from the staff. For home delivery they are always take to much time like 1. 30 hours.. Even though whenever we are calling they said delivery boy is already left... One of the bad services ever getting from time plus super market and always late never come on time....i thought that its happen some time but always they are late.. Its a good supermarket overall. You wont get all the things u need or a specific brand. But mostly things are available. Frequent discounts on fresh fruits and vegetables. It was a big saviour during lockdown since not many supermarkets were functional during those days

Very disappointing. They will make you wait for delivery 2 hours even though this supermarket is exactly 1 minute away from my house. There are so many other supermarkets in the same area I will do my shopping from now on.

A fine place to get desi items at a really good price. Sometimes they take forever to pickup calls and delivering but otherwise it is good.

I was surprised to see fresh fish, they also have great selection of vegetables cheaper than Carrefour. And I like that you can pay by card.

If they do not have what you ask them for , they will just send you a substitute of their choice and bill you for it. When you ask them to come and take the product back, they take their own sweet time. Also you face the chance of being yelled at by the order taker when you point out that it was a wrong order. Truly shocking attitude of the staff!

Great customer service cheap as chips the two fillipino girls on the counter are always friendly, staff hours are to long working 11 hrs a day, two days off a month could do with reducing working hours and give staff at least one day off a week apart from that not bad.

The worst supermarket everEvery time i order they dont deliverOnce they say accident the other time they say lost the way and so on.And when I requested the owner they refused to give me his numberI dont recommend it at all

An important and handy store if you are lazy enough to stay indoors and watch the blue skies, as they have more delivery service staff than customers inside the store. There are different sections with items displayed but not tidy and the cleanliness is definitely not up to mark.You might get your regular items after brushing shoulders in the aisles with staff who might just remind you to buy some bottles of perfume and air freshener, but make sure to check the prices as many items are over priced or wrongly priced.Not sure if the fish here is the daily catch as I once got some squid and it smelt awful! I threw it out and never went back again.Only one staff needs mentioning....an Indian man, quite thin with a beard. He does a lot of delivery in the same building. I have seen him as a very hard worker. Along with his red T-shirt and blue jeans his smile is always there....no matter what part of the day it is! The rest of the staff should take him as an example and complete their uniforms too!

Good place all staff r friendly help full more that that they laundry services is very good and the person who worked in the laundry is very good person and hard working and well educated the best person in Timeplus is the laundry guy.
