The staffs are very rude they dont care about the customer needs and speak harshly, in person and over the phone, they speak as if they own the shop and dont require much sale, take it or leave it. If we place an order over the phone they cant advise whats the total cost, they say will send you the bill have a look at that time.

It’s not a very big supermarket but at least offers varieties of items—food pantries, frozen and fresh meats and seafoods, vegetables, beverages, dairy products, non-halal foods for non-muslims and a lot more. They offer home delivery with a minimum amount to avail this. Unfortunately, if you’re planning to call them on a weekend, then good luck. It’s either they won’t answer your call or you can’t reach them.

Love the staff, they are so accommodating. However, its no spacious enough for us to shop. Theres one time, I need to go back to my way to let the other person get in on the specific section.

I was so shock the price of the goods in new is quiet high compare to other supermarket..i hope the government of UAE will conduct a random check because it not fair..because of the pandamic that we are facing right now the basic commodities prices rapidly increase they doesnt have concern to the consumer they have only concern to thier business..sorry to say this but i exprienced when i pirchased goods today..so sad..

I went to new era at 8:22pm to buy 4packs of water and i asked her if they have delivery and she said yes.. so I’m waiting for almost 1hour and 30mins and I did not receive my order..so I go back to new era and I asked them where’s my order!and they said did u order?so I get my money and I cancel my order.and I order to the another supermarket.and also incharge he don’t know how to handle the customers complain..I will not order anymore...I’m so disappointed new era salah aldin...
