The place is mis organized, No organization of product, Very confusing shelfsSoap,Lotion & creams are kept just like some Normal garbage or random goods l, not organized at all. Big puzzle of mix and match pattern.Big confusion to pick up things , if you are in hurry.The counter person is a aged india guy who takes his sweet little time to punch things . But over all if you have ample time to spend you can find something you are looking for . but they have variety of things amassed,

Fresh vegetables and house items, I tried very tasty and delicious beef from al maya it took one hour to be cooked,the fish was fresh also , I found different items I didn’t find anywhere else, also the great offers was the best , there are a small shops for phone items was very good, but the staff not that much understanding, sometimes they don’t help, only the dark skin guy who is always helpful

Just now I tried to call in this pandemic time, I don’t know who attended the call but he is very rude in his voice tone. I am explaining him my location he don’t want to even listen. It’s already near, I used to call from my old building the guys use to come and we always respect the guys who deliver.But in this time the guy who received the phone was very rude, and I urge to Al Maya Group to give him a class how to speak to customers,For receiving the calls it’s best always Philipino because they have very good respect to coordinate with customers.

Very rude customer service answering the call!!!!!! Worst grocery ever!!!!!!!!! How many times i called for my order! And he said he came to my door and im not coming!!! How i will know he is outside even he dont knock!!!!!!!Waiting for 2 hours!!!!!!!! This is not the first time happened to me with the same grocery!!!!!!! Worst!!!!!!!!! Change your customer service! Very rude! As most of the reviews here are same!!!!

I often do my grocery shopping here since its near to my place. I like to shop here coz its convenient you can get almost everything you need from food to household stuff. But sometimes I dont like their fish coz it doesnt look fresh...

Its to be informed that, the guy in Frozen goods section is not having good manners with the customers .which is obsreved by me livelyplease take care of him.. as he is working from long time in that company

Prices are good and there are variety of things.But in some of the dresses, they have removed the tags so it is difficult to tell the sizes.

It was a bad experience, considering it was not busy. I pay 51.50 dirhams for one pack of cigarette that is 11.50 and the cashier took my payment and did not give back my change even when i told him that i give him 51.50 and to back it up the customer next to me is confirming it, teling him that he receive the said amount i was telling him. And I have to go all the way up to your computer room and to wait for 20mins just to solve the issue, your cashier did not even bother to ask for an apology even if the manager told him that i give him that amount.
