Looks like some Big Mart customers have shifted to Nesto, because people prefer Fair prices. But some things in Big Mart are priced like Nesto. The problem is, in Big Mart some products they dont put price and sometimes some things are expensive.Big Mart needs to stay competitive and give good price for people and put proper & clear price labels.People also Need to give a chance for small super markets like Big Mart, by purchasing goods that are Fairly priced. The problem is, people are mostly selfish, they see their pockets, not worried about the other.

Feel very worse experience from this supermarket ( meat section), whenever you are buying chicken or fish, while cleaning they are keeping wing sections from chicken and selling for etra money which they are collecting from direct customer, I don’t know how this supermarket owner allowed this, near Nmc hospital, there is big mart is more experience in this activity, now I decided not do home delivery from this outlet, there is no quaranty our money

Their meat and fish are fresh and good in quality and also they have good offers for it during weekends.Their vegetables and fruits are of average quality and no much of offers for other items. BE AWARE of the offer price fraud. I have been a customer with BigMart (near NMC hospital) since long time. They publish offers every weekend and send offer flyers. If you buy the items based on the offers, they provide some of the items with actual prices(without offer). I have raised this issue to them multiple times and they said it was an issue happened from their staff and they returned the additional amount which they have taken. But I have noticed this today (07/02/19) again reported to them. They behaved me in a rude manner since I am raising this issue every week. So I dont feel this as a mistake from their end instead I feel this as CHEATING!!!!!. please be careful.
