It was the worst experience after booking my Ganpati way in advance I got a call after few days that my idol has been damaged so not to my liking they replaced but I said alright for that as i didnt wanted to creat a fuss. Went to the last day before the festival I went to pickup my Ganpati it was chipped and the worst part is they tried to force me to take now Im left with no choice as last day their is no option left for me as most of the good pieces are already taken. I even over heard one of the staff when I was not looking to bring paint so that he can hide it. Please beware and check your things before buying anything from Madhur specifically book the idols at your own risk you might be left with nothing at the end just like me.

Been there during ganesh chathurthi time and it was fully crowded but yes every thing was available under one roof. Though i have tried to contact them over watsapp but their response was very - very late.
