Worst supermarket.They cheat with the prices .I got 2 corn for 8dhs which was rotten and the price tags keep changing according to the sales person wish .When I bought a star fruit tagged 7 dhs as soon as I got to the counter the sales guy immediately changed and charged 14dhs .Such an open cheating seen in the store .Would never recommend anyone to buy stuffs there ol be careful with the prices and items anytime it can change .Such a disorganized management

Its a big Supermarket with lots of choices. Good to visit and grab the offers. The Fresh Greens are not good as it is always not in good condition. Based on Customer arrival, it has to bring it to the shelf.

I just wanted to raise my feedback , im a regular costumer but one day while doing my grocery I noticed that , they are serving expired items already, good thing we have checked the expiry date and didnt buy the said item. It was the marinated milkfish by the way, so for the sake of consumers health kindly double check the items before putting in shelves. Thanks

I had planned to buy small washing powder packet from WestZone Super Market From Burdubai Near Al Faheedi Souq.Unfortunately I brought small packet OMO Washing powder and there was price mentioned 3.49 AED As I know and I can to make payments and they charged me 5.20 AED So i questioned why its extra money billed for me and it’s mentioned defferent price and billed defferent price.I talked with store manager and he was chat with me rude and he asked about my education and it was not that way he is talking.After that I just told him I want replacement this one other items so he Replyed with rude you will not get money back and you have to buy something else.It’s not way you are treating customers.Finally I said them I don’t want any product from your side and asked money back and he said he cannot repeat money 😡😡I left very sadly from the store and brought from washing powder from defferent store.I understand consumers are entitled to expect (things they buy be of merchantable quality and will last for a reasonable price and service be carried out with due care and skill and be fit for the purpose for which it is acquired). As you can see from the problem I have described,To resolve the problem, I would appreciate it if you could (say what you want, refund, repair, replacement, exchange, etc).I look forward to your reply and a resolution to my problem and will wait until (set a time limit) before seeking help from the Department of Commerce.Yours sincerelyYahiya
