The place has been renovated and it is a lot better now. The shelves are organized, most of the products are available. Separate sections for each meat, fish, vegetables and fruits, all fresh items.There are different items put regularly on offer.The separate stall started for confectioneries are also good, along with coffee machine.

It is a good supermarket with all necessary items which is well arranged.

Good Market, Most of things available

I was a regular customer of sunrise oud metha branch since 2016, staffs are helpful . Vegetable section improves its display for the past few months compared before, its getting more attractive.

The guy sitting in cash counter or sometimes in vegetable pricing counter is very rude. He has to improve his attitude. Suddenly they see few customers these days and the attitude changed. If you want to survive, treat customers well, since there is no great products or even the price is not reasonable. We go there for emergency shopping and even that experience is not good.

Been visiting this outlet from day one when it opened. Drastic changes over the years. Huge outlet, products well spaced & organised. Only some products a bit pricy compared to the neighbouring supermarkets in the area. Most of the staff friendly & helpful. A special mention about a staff named Shalakha. Hard working girl, smiling, ready & happy to help. Will always see her either in the computer room, cashier, helping her colleagues, assisting customers etc.  Co incidentally twice she has assisted my Mother last year & this year in June. There was a product unavailable she told my Mum that order has been placed. She took down our details & when the product came she called & informed & asked if it should be home delivered or would like to pick from shop.Many stores staff take down details but never bother to update or follow up. Definitely a huge asset to any organisation. Overall a good outlet & good staff.

I am giving this raiting based on the behaviour of the people sitting at the cash counter and also the ones who take the online order.Dont know the names but they treat the customer as if we are not paying and just taking the stuff for free.Some of them have no manners as to how to greet the customer and sometimes they just ignore your message when you order on whatsapp.This behavior is really not acceptable when we treat you nicely.I had complained about it to their store manager earlier but again this is happening.Now i have spoken to the management.I hope it improves now.

After recent refurbishment, the store looks clean presentable and fresh, with helpful fruit/veg staff. Always the first place to shop.The cashier staff however, particularly from the Philippines are very abrupt and rude (not the Nepalese). It seems this has become common knowledge as friends were also discussing the unnecessary attitude of her whilst we were at breakfast yesterday.Sad that some individuals represent your business in a poor manner.It’s not what you do it’s the manner in which you do it 🙏

Nice family shopping quiet and not crowded in Oud Mehta.

Price is bit expensive , but it make sense for having a very helpful staff on fruits and vegetable section , correct me if i misheard name of Ramu i think nepalese. He is approacheable ,offers help everytime to customers.you are lucky to have such a sincere staff to represent your store with an eye catching fruit displays , colorful and fresh display.Grocery section have varieties of items to choose from, very convenient.Fast home delivery service .i will recommend sunrise store to all my friends.happy customer here.

One of the good option for supermarket in lamcy plaza oud metha area. After long they renovation good and limited options available for veg fruits and quick groceries option.

Recently they have renovated the oud metha shop. Now its quite clean big & have good & big range of products.

Excellent service and pleasant staff

Place is clean and items were arranged well. They have most of the things you need daily.

A simple supermarket. Though did not have prices on all the items making it difficult to determine how much one has spent so far while shopping. All in all friendly and helpful staffs. One of the staffs opted to let me take the shop triply back to my hotel and even took it there for me FOC.

They have vegetables air freighted from Kerala, India.

Extreme racism in this supermarket, they do not cater Pakistani nationality . And experienced the butcher saying “ we don’t keep Pakistani products or even workers with us” ! Sad . Not a good experience
