The prices are reasonable though we dont get everything there but general daily items are reasonably priced... staff are good except those in butchery session who are always rude with an attitude as if they are giving it for free, i visit almost every week but i hardly can count them to be polite once or twice... the management need to train them to be polite to customers

The placing of the items are not properly, small and congested inside.

One thing i like about them is their regular updates on offers, the one I dont like is lack of stock for the things on offer.They offer home delivery service, which is a really good thing if you dont have a vehicle to carry the purchased items.To get regular updates you can send a msg on whatssapp +971 50 150 1027 and they keep you updating about offers. One thing I hate about is their timing for updates, they send messages during midnight sometimes which is very annoying.Coming to the goods they sell, they have a considerable amount of varieties but not everything that you would need. Nevertheless there are other supermarkets around so nothing to worry about. #happyshopping

Despite several complaints nothing has been done on delivery schedule... either they will come with missing items and that 5 to 6 hours after placing the order... although rates and food stuff is good but no customer will wait and remind 10 times for one delivery... owners should seriously look into this matter.

Good for kerala style grocery items. Will get fish and meat. Hygienically ok

Shopping here is ok, as we dont find fishes fresh as i used to get allergies and rashed whenever i eat fresh from them.Wont suggest this market for fresh meat and fishes.

Home delivery will take nearly more than an hour. Also most of the time they will give you, near to expiry products for home delivery. Need to ensure check the date.

You get all things fresh here..I felt more fresh n clean than nearby supermarkets.

VERY BAD SERVICE!!!!I ordered in talabat as it said it can deliver my order here in UNION. I placed my order and picked a delivery schedule! I keep on waiting only to find that my order was in DELIVERED status already, yet I did not receive my order!!! Is this how your service work? Completing the orders in your system yet the customers still not receive their orders. You cheating on your people and your platform delivery service is useless. You should inform people if it cannot be delivered!

Very poor service.Ordered for some essential groceries at 12 pm and they said require 1 hour and even by 5 pm no delivery.When called and asked staff saying your order slip missed....What kind of service you are giving to customers.!!!!!!! better stop your home delivery

Very competitive prices of fresh veggies and most of the groceries. Busy place especially in the evenings. Maintains good hygiene in all the area including meat and fish. They take long time when you ask for home delivery as they are of course busy almost every day

Seriously suggest that youll should have a notice on your doors, as to what time you open on Fridays. Sometimes, youll open at 1 p.m. And sometimes much later. This is not professional.

Wrong commitments and rude behaviour .

Very bad experience I had with newly opened brach in al fahidi, Bur Dubai. Staff swipe twice my card due to card machine error and deducted the same amount twice from my card. After two days I went and explained them, thay dont want to listen me and they ignored. dont want to show even that days card machine report. Be careful guys they are cheeters. Staff are not trustworthy. Check your bill twice.

Worst service in bur dubai branch .we have wait almost 2hr for delivery . As per the delivery team they confirm that they will deliver with in 45 min . But more than 2 hr with several follow up call no proper response from the shop . Worst delivery service . .......
